Team Interviews

To really get into the Altador Cup spirits we have asked one supporter of each team to do an interview with us. In this interview they were asked several questions about the famous cup. Here you can read the questions and their answers.

Altador Cup III

Altador

Interviewed Person: reingirl

What team are you on, and what was your reason for joining that team?
I joined Team Altador this year because I thought it would be fun to join up with other Charter members to see if we could help raise the ranks of a team that has not done so well in the past. Go Underdogs!

What do you think are your team's strengths?
Well, seeing as how poorly we're doing this year, I don't see much Strength in Team Altador.

What do you think are your team's weaknesses?
Weaknesses are abundant though, lack of support being at the top of the list. It doesn't help that those of us supporting team Altador this year are not the best Yooyuball players. (I can sling slushies with the best of them though).

Do you have any thoughts on the ACIII?
As usual, the AC is a fun and entertaing summer distraction for almost all of Neopia.

Do you have any thoughts about the other teams?
Our biggest competitor this year, I think, was Roo Island, followed closely by Krawk Island. Now that we're in the finals, if we can get past Brightvale, our biggest competitor will be Virtupets I think.

What teams have you joined in the past, and how many years have you participated in the AC?
I joined Faerieland in the first AC, although I didn't participate at all after that. For the second AC, I joined Team Shenkuu and thoroughly enjoyed helping this first time team finish 3rd. This year I joined Team Altador, and although we are not doing as well as I had hoped, I am proud to say I have participated even more.

Which team do you think will win?
I think this is Roo Island's year.

How are you showing support for your team?
Mostly with my Neoboard signature. My Uni loves his Altador Cup Shirt though (I don't think he's washed it since last year though. Don't stand too close.)

What is your favorite ACIII Game & your ACIII Rank?
My favorite game is Slushie Slinger and my Rank is Level 2. I'm working on raising it up to Level 3 before the games are over this year. Good Luck to everyone who participated in this year's AC!

Brightvale

What team are you on, and what was your reason for joining that team?
Brightvale & Very friendly people plus I joined them last year

What do you think are your team's strengths?
Dedicated players and not many freeloaders

What do you think are your team's weaknesses?
Very very small team

Do you have any thoughts on the ACIII?
Fun but time consuming

Do you have any thoughts about the other teams?
Most of them are very nice and they come to the BoB board and wish us luck but we have had a few bashers come but we just ignore them :)

What teams have you joined in the past, and how many years have you participated in the AC?
Brightvale, This is my second year

Which team do you think will win?
Krawk Island

How are you showing support for your team?
I made myself a new lookup, I have a Brightvale font and a few banners for Brightvale

What is your favorite ACIII Game & your ACIII Rank?
My favourite game is Make Some Noise and my rank is All Star :)

Darigan Citadel

What team are you on, and what was your reason for joining that team?
My team is Darigan Citadel! I joined Darigan because I'm an endlessly loyal minion of Lord Darigan and I don't think he'd be very pleased if I were to play for someone else.

What do you think are your team's strengths?
I think our biggest strength is our team pride. I know that many of us minions have been supporting Darigan from the start and our team's success in the first two Cups helps inspire us to keep playing as hard as we can. (But of course, I'd still be supporting Darigan even if we had come in last in the first two ACs!)

What do you think are your team's weaknesses?
Our biggest weakness right now is probably all the new, not-so-loyal minions who joined this year in hopes of an easy trophy.

Do you have any thoughts on the ACIII?
I really like the format change this year. I'm glad that everyone will be able to keep supporting their team all the way to the end, even if they aren't in the top four.

Do you have any thoughts about the other teams?
Well, the obvious answers for our biggest competitors are Krawk Island, Roo Island, and Haunted Woods... Pretty much the same as the first two ACs ;). However, I do think that many people are still underestimating Shenkuu. I wouldn't be at all surprised to see them in the top four again this year.

What teams have you joined in the past, and how many years have you participated in the AC?
I'm proud to say I've been with Darigan since day one in all three Cups! Did I mention I'm a loyal minion? :D

Which team do you think will win?
Darigan Citadel of course! :D Okay, okay... Realistically it's not likely that we'll win two years in a row. I think that this is finally going to be Roo Island's year.

How are you showing support for your team?
Well, I customized my user lookup and all my pets, and I have a Darigan themed AC gallery. But mostly I support my team by playing Yooyuball! And Slushie Slinger and MSN... Can't neglect those!

What is your favorite ACIII Game & your ACIII Rank?
My favorite game is definitely Yooyuball. My current rank is Level 8.

Faerieland

What team are you on, and what was your reason for joining that team?
Faerieland, I have many friends on faerieland and I really think we will win

What do you think are your team's strengths?
Our strength is that we never give up

What do you think are your team's weaknesses?
Our weakness is that we don't have a main strategy.

Do you have any thoughts on the ACIII?
This is my first AC, but I really like it, it's alot of fun

Do you have any thoughts about the other teams?
Every team seems really dedicated; everyone tries their hardest for their team

What teams have you joined in the past, and how many years have you participated in the AC?
This is my first AC, so I have never joined a team before.

Which team do you think will win?
Roo Island (or my team, Faerieland)

How are you showing support for your team?
Playing alot and having spirit!

What is your favorite ACIII Game & your ACIII Rank?
Rank 7, and my favorite game is YYB

Haunted Woods

What team are you on, and what was your reason for joining that team?
I joined Haunted Woods this year because it was my original team in ACI and I missed being on it when I switched last year to try to help Faerieland do better, so I decided to go back to the Haunted Woods for good. I joined it in ACI because I really liked the looks of the players, team colors, and the team logo, plus Halloween has always been my favorite holiday.

What do you think are your team's strengths?
I think the Haunted Woods team has both a strength and a weakness when it comes to dedication. It seemed like we were a small team in ACI and we somehow managed first place, but when they changed the format last year and began doing double round robins, it seems like everyone works hard at the beginning, but then gets sick of the cup about midway and does really poorly.

What do you think are your team's weaknesses?

Do you have any thoughts on the ACIII?
I was really hyped about the cup this year at the start, but now I'm rather bored of it myself. I had the same problem last year with the double round robin. I really wish TNT would go back to the knock-out style of playing or make it so that it's just one round robin. I also don't like how there have been so many draws between teams. It seems like TNT has set too wide of a scoring margin for ties.

Do you have any thoughts about the other teams?
As a member of the Haunted Moon chat group (a combined chat group that started with the first match-up in the first Altador Cup where Haunted Woods played against Kreludor), I'm happy to see that Kreludor is doing so well now that they've returned. The biggest competitor is obviously Krawk Island since they have won so many matches. I am kind of bitter about that since I feel that they have the most rude players as a whole and also that JellyNeo was encouraging people to join Krawk Island.

What teams have you joined in the past, and how many years have you participated in the AC?
I joined Haunted Woods in the first Altador Cup and then switched to Faerieland in the second cup to try to help them do better, since everyone was saying Haunted Woods stood no chance of doing well again with all of the freeloaders they would get. And of course, I joined Haunted Woods again this year.

Which team do you think will win?
Sadly, I think Krawk Island will win, but I am hoping Roo Island (the next best team) will win or Kreludor if they make it into the top four. I have pretty much given in to the idea that Haunted Woods will not place in the top four no matter how hard we try from here on out.

How are you showing support for your team?
By playing as much as I can, of course! :) I also have a little score counter in my lookup that I update every so many games.

What is your favorite ACIII Game & your ACIII Rank?
My favorite game to play is Slushie Slinger, but since it is such a long game and doesn't award you as many prize points as a Yooyuball win, I've been spending the majority of my time playing Yooyuball. I have been at All-Star for almost a week now.

Kiko Lake

What team are you on, and what was your reason for joining that team?
I WAS on Kiko Lake, I love small teams. I like to get to know the members & I love the logo =D

What do you think are your team's strengths?
Well Kiko Lake is a a pretty weak team overall but that doesn't bother me =D

What do you think are your team's weaknesses?

Do you have any thoughts on the ACIII?
I am very dissapointed Kiko Lake isn't in the ACIII

Do you have any thoughts about the other teams?
I feel that the biggest competitors this year are Terror Mountain, Faeriland, Altador, and Virtupets; teams of that sort =D

What teams have you joined in the past, and how many years have you participated in the AC?
My first team was Roo Island, second Kiko Lake and now I am on Terror Mountain

Which team do you think will win?
I'm not sure, but I am very upset about KL being removed. But I just know they will be back next year ^.^

How are you showing support for your team?
I look for the KL boards whenever I can and I chat there =P

What is your favorite ACIII Game & your ACIII Rank?
My favorite game is YYB, and I am rank 8

Krawk Island

Interviewed Person: theinfinityzero

What team are you on, and what was your reason for joining that team?
Krawk Island. For multiple reasons: (1) Darigan was going to do bad this year; (2) I don't find Darigan as cool any more; (3) the Krawkers were going to dominate this year; (4) I'd love to have a Mallow Grundo wearing a Pirate Grundo's P/B clothes

What do you think are your team's strengths?
Our strength is simply determination - we do not give up; we do not back down. We have no plans on letting any other team get even close to beating us.

What do you think are your team's weaknesses?
Our weakness is faltering during the big games. Even if we can keep our #1 seed, we still have to beat the other teams in the top four to take home the gold. We managed to beat LD, but RI beat us by a bit - just enough to give us silver.

Do you have any thoughts on the ACIII?
I adore the Altador Cup. It's my favorite activity on Neopets. I enjoy the fun competition against others and seeing success (and taking home a gold trophy). There are two downfalls, though: (1) Each plot is fun and unique. The Altador Cup, alas, doesn't change much each year. (2) The Altador Cup means a lot less time for real-life stuff for many players. Some users sacrifice parties/friends/work and play the games for much too long each day.

Do you have any thoughts about the other teams?
Roo Island is, of course, the scariest team for all of us KILLers. They are a strong #2 seed and won against us last week. Whether we'll be able to top them in a championship match is unknown. I enjoy watching teams like Lost Desert, Kreludor, Mystery Island, Haunted Woods, Meridell, and Shenkuu fight for the third and fourth seeds. I feel sad for members of Faerieland and them, but I doubt very many people will go through with their plans to swap team for AC IV.

What teams have you joined in the past, and how many years have you participated in the AC?
For the first and second ACs, I joined Darigan Citadel (on a different account for the first AC). This year I plant to take my second golden trophy. I've participated much more during the second and third years.

Which team do you think will win?
Krawk Island - just barely over Roo Island. Lost Desert will beat Mystery Island for third.

How are you showing support for your team?
My NeoHTML and user-lookup both support Krawk Island. I chat on both the KILL boards and KILL guild. I root and play for the Krawkers with each match. I don't participate in PIGging because (1) nobody likes "noob" (2) most all of my NP is invested in the Stock Market right now.

What is your favorite ACIII Game & your ACIII Rank?
I play most all Yooyuball because (1) it's more fun, (2) I don't like games like SS where you /will/ lose and it's just how long you'll go until you lose, (3) my keyboard doesn't like MSN. I'm currently at Rank 12 with 938 YYB wins, and one win in each of the side games.

Kreludor

What team are you on, and what was your reason for joining that team?
Kreludor, because I fell in love in year one and we just can't be kept apart. (:

What do you think are your team's strengths?
Our strengths are about even between YYB and MSN.

What do you think are your team's weaknesses?
Our weakness is SS.

Do you have any thoughts on the ACIII?
I think that with the new finals setup, it's anybodies game, and being in the top bracket isn't necesarily a good thing.

Do you have any thoughts about the other teams?
I used to think that LD would be number one this year, but now I think Krawk Island is going to be the biggest and baddest, with the Roos not far behind. There are about, in estimation, eight hundred bazillion teams clawing and scratching for third and fourth in the top bracket, and I think it's anyones game.

What teams have you joined in the past, and how many years have you participated in the AC?
Year one I started off in Tyrannia and then headed to HW after the first round, and year two I was with the Rooligans all the way. Erm, I've been in all three years. xD

Which team do you think will win?
Krawk Island - Honestly, I think either Krawk Island or Kreludor, because if we win the second bracket like I believe we will and they win the first like I believe they will, we will face off in the finals.

How are you showing support for your team?
I show support through signatures and trying to help with strategies, and I do a bit of artwork now and then for those who ask.

What is your favorite ACIII Game & your ACIII Rank?
My favorite game is Slushie Slinger, with YYB a close second. I am mere inches from rank 12. x)

Lost Desert

What team are you on, and what was your reason for joining that team?
I joined team Lost Desert because I love the whole egyptian theme, Coltzan is my favorite neopets character and the people on this team are very nice and supportive

What do you think are your team's strengths?
MSN is definatly our best game and the team is very good at keeping eachother motivated.

What do you think are your team's weaknesses?
Weaknesses: Slushie Slinger and I feel like the team takes the other teams that are below us in the rankings, too lightly... we tend to slack and ending up with too many draws.

Do you have any thoughts on the ACIII?
I think it's the best event on neopets ever; :) although it takes too long, so people get bored with the games before the cup is over

Do you have any thoughts about the other teams?
Lost Desert always had this rivalry thing going on with Roo Island, cause they kicked us out in the first cup. This year we have to watch out for Haunted Woods, Kreludor, Mystery Island and Meridell :P and Krawk Island and Roo Island ofcourse... we usually get along great with other teams like Brightvale and Terror Mountain.

What teams have you joined in the past, and how many years have you participated in the AC?
I've participated in all the cups so far, always joined Lost Desert and always will.

Which team do you think will win?
I think KI will win, they're doing awesome.

How are you showing support for your team?
I've got an LD-related lookup, LD-related font + avatar :) and chatting with my fellow teammembers on the boards. (in between games, of course

What is your favorite ACIII Game & your ACIII Rank?
My favorite game is YYB and I'm an All-star

Maraqua

Interviewed Person: whisper_lillies

What team are you on, and what was your reason for joining that team?
My team is team Maraqua. I was torn between this team and team Faerieland because I love both lands. I ended up choosing Maraqua because I just love the lore, I love the characters from that land, and everyone I talked to from WAM (We Are Maraqua) was SUPER nice.

What do you think are your team's strengths?
I think we're pretty even across the board. We're not the best team, but we're definitly not the worst. Honestly one of our strengths is morale. We've managed to keep up the energy throghout, even when we've lost.

What do you think are your team's weaknesses?
For weaknesses, I think MSN is our weakest link.

Do you have any thoughts on the ACIII?
This is my first cup, but I love it! It's like Neos own mini-Olympics. Everyone on Neo can get excited and cheer for their team, plus the games don't get old, and I can do them.

Do you have any thoughts about the other teams?
Our biggest competitor is definitly Krawk Island. Besides being a really tough team to beat, there seems to be a divide in that team. Half of them are wonderful, and half of them only seem to want to bash our team. Because of this, a lot of people on our team are rooting AGAINST KI. It makes me sad. Otherwise, I personally think Shenkuu is a team to watch out for.

What teams have you joined in the past, and how many years have you participated in the AC?
First year participated, as I said above, but I plan on joining Maraqua indefinitly.

Which team do you think will win?
Probably Krawk Island. If not, my bet is on Roo Island. I think my team will make top eight though!

How are you showing support for your team?
I show support by playing, first of all. Second, I try to keep morale up on the boards. Third, you can see my team Maraqua poster on Sunibree's page... it won third in the random contest.

What is your favorite ACIII Game & your ACIII Rank?
YYB hands down. It's more exciting, and I only seem to get better at it. I'm only rank one, but that's okay. I do what I can do.

Meridell

What team are you on, and what was your reason for joining that team?
Meridell. Because I joined them in ACII (I wasn't in the first one), and I love them. It's more about loyalty and friendship than winning, at least for me. Even if Meridell dropped to last place this year, I'd still join them next year.

What do you think are your team's strengths?
I think that our strengths are that there are many amazing players assisting our team in the ACIII this year, that show support in the games and on the boards.

What do you think are your team's weaknesses?
Our biggest weakness is MSN.

Do you have any thoughts on the ACIII?
My feelings about the ACIII can be summed up in one word: MEURGH! 4th place to 9th. Bleh. Why did we have to face the island trio one after another? And then, tyrannia, and then KI AGAIN! *headdesk*

Do you have any thoughts about the other teams?
Meridellians are overly cautious. We try not to underestimate anyone. I personally am afraid of ALL the teams, including FL... We all have different ideas about who our biggest rival is, but personally I see KI as our rival.

What teams have you joined in the past, and how many years have you participated in the AC?
I've only ever been Meridellian. When we were not in the finals in ACII, I didn't even switch teams. Meridell or nothing for me. I was around for the ACI but I didn't participate. I still whack myself for it sometimes. X_X

Which team do you think will win?
Who I think will win, KI. Who I hope will win, Meridell.

How are you showing support for your team?
I show my support by YYBing from 5 AM to 11 PM. X_X At least, I did when we were against KI. 300 YYB wins.

What is your favorite ACIII Game & your ACIII Rank?
I really don't like the games, but I'm pretty good at YYB. I hit All-Star when we were against KI.

Mystery Island

What team are you on, and what was your reason for joining that team?
I am on Mystery Island. I joined becasue, I saw how well they did last year. I was hoping if someone like me joined they would be even better. They are doing great, I was going to join Darigan Citadel or one of the other Bigger teams. I just don't feel like I am good enough. I am proably going join Mystery Island in ACIV

What do you think are your team's strengths?
With the new goalie we have a great team. All of the players are very high sprirted.

What do you think are your team's weaknesses?
Our fan base could grow somemore

Do you have any thoughts on the ACIII?
I wish it would happen more often, maybe have some more games. It would be nise if we could Pratice in the off season. It would very cool if we could follow the players after the games are over.

Do you have any thoughts about the other teams?
Some of the other teams have to large of a fan base. Everyone is a competior to me. I would hope bashing of the other teams would stop, it is a bit rude. I know you would what to support your team, Just do it thinking of the other teams fellings. I would never bash. It would be nice if there was a netural board, jsut compare scores, tips thoughts anything really.

What teams have you joined in the past, and how many years have you participated in the AC?
I joined Faerieland last year. This is my second year Particpating.

Which team do you think will win?
I am unsure of who is going to win. It can all change in the Finals.

How are you showing support for your team?
Font and Playing Games. next year I am going to Show so much Support. With a Shop layout, Gallery, User look, Banners. I want everyone to know what team I am with.

What is your favorite ACIII Game & your ACIII Rank?
Make some Nosie and Shushie Slinger. Rank 0, sadly. Hopeful to getting next rank soon. I want the avatar.

Roo Island

Interviewed Person: bananamouth

What team are you on, and what was your reason for joining that team?
Roo Island just seemed fun from the beginning. I've seen them throughout the first 2 Altador Cups, and realized, "Why didn't I join that team this year?" So, I decided I would take a try, not expecting too much of them, and see how well we did. Well, look at us now! We are second in line to win the cup, which is just making us want to do harder! Even if we loose, we still find the bright side of things and we try again. Most everyone on that team is very fun, energetic, and hard-working!

What do you think are your team's strengths?
Roo seems to have multiple strengths and weaknesses. Our really high points and our really low points. Our strength seems to be our goal-setting. If we set high goals for ourselves, we just TRY to exceed our own expectations. It's just a matter of, here's the goal, now just see how close we can get. It just makes us want to play harder. That always boosts our score.

What do you think are your team's weaknesses?
Our number one weakness has got to be consistancy. One day, we sweep, the next day, we get swept. It's and up and down rollercoaster. You never know what's going to happen. It's hard for us to always be sure, even with a not-so-great team, if we won or not. Surprisingly, we've won quite a few this year!

Do you have any thoughts on the ACIII?
Ahh, our biggest competitor this year. It's pretty obvious that we are worried about that number one spot in the finals that Krawk Island has had basically the whole time so far. They are a very large and strong team, but larger teams aren't always a good thing. Especially if it is because you placed well the previous year. Until that sweep against LD, KI wasn't as much of a big competitor.

Do you have any thoughts about the other teams?
Well, you have to worry about those quiet teams that just sneak up and take your spot from you; like Lost Desert and Meridell. And then Kreludor, Shenkuu, and Haunted Woods are all fighting for a spot as well. All of them have very talented players, many actually, that really want them to win...We'll see. (; As for the rest of the teams, even if they aren't playing as well as they could, they are all trying. Most of them are really good about it, unlike the higher ranked teams who beat themselves up and cry over a loss. For example, you can never forget the always optimistic Faerielanders. Through every single loss, they stayed strong and focussed, and finally pulled out a win! Overall, all teams have their highs and their lows, but mostly highs. (:

What teams have you joined in the past, and how many years have you participated in the AC?
Well, I've been doing the Altador Cup since the AC I. Sadly, I never really participated that much until this year. You should see my previous stats! They are...pretty horrible. xD But this year, I am playing as much as I can, which isn't as much as I'd like it to be. The first team I ever joined was Terror Mountain. I just really loved the colors. x) Sadly, they were eliminated in the first round, so I decided to join Krawk Island. When KI was eliminated, I joined the Haunted Woods squad, and to my surprise, they won! In the AC II, I can't remember completely, but I believe I was on Haunted Woods again. (: We didn't win, but that's okay. ^^ My nubbish self and I didn't care. But tat's where the winner's curse began. So I decided to join Roo Island this year, and I couldn't be happier! :D

Which team do you think will win?
Who will win...this is a tough question, because everyone wants to be biased and say their team will win. But according to the standings and outcomes so far, I'd have to say it is a close toss up between RI and KI. They have both been playing tremendously and have proven themselves to be the best time and time again. The finals are going to be very exciting (and dramatic. xD) this year!

How are you showing support for your team?
Well, first of all, I have been showing support for my team through my userlookup, which, if I must say, rOOls. x) Yes, I have been using my Roo puns regularly...Like everyday. xD In the real world, yup! Also, I've been recruiting my friends to the team, which was fun. ^^ My sister even wishes she hadn't joined Maraqua now. :P I've also been making fonts for fellow Rooligans, which I believe is supportive! So, in almost every way I can think of, I have support Roo Island to the fullest. ;D

What is your favorite ACIII Game & your ACIII Rank?
With all of things that go on during my week, it is very hard for me to find playing time. I am, sadly, only Rank 4 going on Rank 5. D: I do try my hardest to play when I can, but it really isn't easy. My favorite AC III game has to be Yooyuball. (: It's fun and upbeat, and you don't get bored (or injured. o.o) by it easily. Make Some Noise is also very fun, but my arms start to cramp up after 100 some games. xD Slushie Slinger is fun, but all of those angry customers scare me. -.- But, even though YYB is very time consuming, it is very fun!

Shenkuu

What team are you on, and what was your reason for joining that team?
Hi there! I'm on team Shenkuu, and I joined that team because it's Asian inspired, and that's my line of interest n_n . I know a lot of nice people on Team Shenkuu and really wanted to help out!

What do you think are your team's strengths?
My strengths would have to be Make Some Noise/Yooyuball. I don't fail miserably at slinging the slushies, but I get so bored of it after a while T.T

What do you think are your team's weaknesses?
For weaknesses, I would have to say my personal lack of time, I'm really trying to hassle now and make points due to my lack of activity up to a few days ago. Things get busy sometimes, but I'm taking my free time and trying to get some points.

Do you have any thoughts on the ACIII?
The teams are doing really awesome this year! I saw a faerieland victory (woot!), and it seems that KI and RI have quite a rivalry. It's really in my opinion a gamble as to who the top four will be, there are a lot of great teams, and a lot are determined to move up in rank now.

Do you have any thoughts about the other teams?
Krawk Island is really doing great this year, as well as Roo Island. The two are very competitive, and I feel that they're currently the biggest competition for Team Shenkuu!

What teams have you joined in the past, and how many years have you participated in the AC?
Aw, this is my first year! T.T I took a hiatus from neopets for a while, and never really got into the altador cup until this year. I'm really enjoying it, though.

Which team do you think will win?
We've been having a great comeback! We're all really determined to make it into the finals, and even take the cup. We know that if we push really hard, it's possible, and we've been putting forth our best efforts. I think that we, Team Shenkuu, will win.

How are you showing support for your team?
I have a Shenkuu banner on my lookup, gallery, and guild. I also play a lot of the games and try to help out my team to the best of my ability.

What is your favorite ACIII Game & your ACIII Rank?
I love yooyuball! It took me a little while to get used to T.T but once I got the hang of it, it's rather enjoyable. Well, minus the mutant yooyu T.T I'm currently only rank 2, but like I said earlier, I just recently started playing due to lack of time.

Terror Mountain

Terror Mountain, in AC2 for the snow, in AC3 because the people were so awesome!

What do you think are your team's strengths?
Our strengths are that we have a lot of very good players with great dedication to Terror Mountain.

What do you think are your team's weaknesses?
Some people stop playing when we go against hard teams, some people stop trying if we're swept.

Do you have any thoughts on the ACIII?
I think in the ACIII, there are a few more bashers than in ACII, and I also think a lot of people couldn't figure out the new Yooyuball and quit playing, becoming the said bashers

Do you have any thoughts about the other teams?
I think our biggest competitors we've had have been Maraqua and Tyrannia in the first round robin, because when we faced them we were very close in rank. As far as thoughts abotu other teams, I don't think that Faerieland has earned there reputation as a team of freeloaders, because if you visit their boards you'll see there are many hard working FLers who don't deserve the stereotype. Also, I don't think Krawk island is really as rude as they're made out to be, it's mainly only the freeloaders who are doing the bashing.

What teams have you joined in the past, and how many years have you participated in the AC?
I've been in the AC 2 years, and i've joined Terror Mountain both times :)

Which team do you think will win?
Roo Island

How are you showing support for your team?
Playing my best everyday, even in Slushie Slinger, which most TMers seem to strongly dislike.

What is your favorite ACIII Game & your ACIII Rank?
Yooyuball, and i'm rank 18.

Tyrannia

What team are you on, and what was your reason for joining that team?
I'm a member of Tyrannia. I've always been a big fan of TY, and seeing as this is my first year participating in the AC, I figured I'd support the place I enjoyed the most.

What do you think are your team's strengths?
Tyrannia's strength is it's success in sidegames. We're undefeated in Slushie Slinger, and have won a ton in Make Some Noise.

What do you think are your team's weaknesses?
We seem to be pretty weak when it comes to Yooyuball, though.

Do you have any thoughts on the ACIII?

Do you have any thoughts about the other teams?
So far, all of our opposing teams have been friendly and fun to chat with, especially Kreulador and Haunted Woods. We've adopted some members of other teams as our own, also.

What teams have you joined in the past, and how many years have you participated in the AC?
This is my first year of AC, and I am on team Tyrannia.

Which team do you think will win?
I'm hoping for Roo Island!

How are you showing support for your team?
Playing games, procclaiming my support for Tyrannia, and chatting on the Tyrannian board in the ACIII forum.

What is your favorite ACIII Game & your ACIII Rank?
My favorite ACIII game is Yooyuball. I'm currently at rank 5.

Virtupets

What team are you on, and what was your reason for joining that team?
I like the theme of robotics, so I decided to join the Virtupets team. I also wanted to join this team because it is fairly small team, and more laid-back.

What do you think are your team's strengths?
We have some absolutely amazing players, we are a particularly strong YYB team.

What do you think are your team's weaknesses?
With that said, we aren't as active in the side games. Our boards also don't see TOO much activity.

Do you have any thoughts on the ACIII?
It's back! Just remember to go outside once in a while. :P

Do you have any thoughts about the other teams?
Our biggest rivals seem to be the teams closest to us in ranking, such as Terror Mountain, Brightvale, and Altador.

What teams have you joined in the past, and how many years have you participated in the AC?
I have participated in the AC for all three years. I've been on the following teams: Haunted Woods, Brightvale, Virtupets. I have participated in all cups.

Which team do you think will win?
Lost Desert.

How are you showing support for your team?
Playing AC games of course.
