Neopets e-mail
When you first go to your neopets webmail (you can access it by going to neomail.com) you will need to customise your options, like the name you want to appear on the neomails you have sent.

Neopets e-mail comes with the following functions:

Neopets will also use the e-mail service to contact you about premium 'Something Has Happened' events and the weekly space faerie scratchcards. For your convenience your e-mail is put on your Premium Portal, so you don't have to check your email every day, there will be more about this in the below sections.
