Festival of Neggs
Beginning March of 2010 (month of Running, Y12), Kari the Negg Faerie started hosting a daily activity called the Festival of Neggs. In April 2009, Rosie the Dancing Grarrl hosted the Springtime Celebration at the same time of year. The event included a daily gift and Negg Hunt, prizes were a mixture of neopoint and NC items. Click on the "2009" below for a complete list of Springtime Celebration 2009 activities.
In 2009, Rosie the Dancing Grarrl gave out Daily Prizes, and also gave out clues to the location of additional prizes in an event called Springtime Celebration. The table below shows all the prizes that were available that year.
On Neopets, there are also other spring-related goodies to be found. These are seperate from Rosie the Grarrl's giveaway. One of these is the Negg Hunt. Negg Hunt is only available for users in the USA and Canada, Hong Kong, Australia, New Zealand and the Netherlands, but not much luck in the rest of Europe or South Africa.
In Negg hunt you can find 5 items by visiting merchandise related pages on the site. Click on the links in the table below to get the items.
In the NC Mall you are able to find three free negg toys. They will show up at random times in the New Items section at the frontpage of the NC Mall. When they appear select 'Claim it' and a small window will open up, then click on the 'Click here' to claim the item, or it will not appear in your inventory.
The negg toys will appear at random times. If you have not found all three neggs, just keep checking with the NC Mall, after a while the other neggs will also appear. Be patient!
If you open the Neggs you will find neopoint items such as: Iced Easter Chick Cookie, Cybunny Baby Book, Gardening For Gelerts, Scented Hearts Flower, Pink Poppies, Grassy Bridge, Blackberry Bush, Starflower Patterned Easter Negg and Brightly Coloured Easter Negg. This means you are NOT allowed to collect on your side account!
If you open all three neggs you may also receive a limited edition bonus NC Mall item:
