As Faerie Queen, Fyora rules the kingdom of Faerieland with a gentle hand. She is rumoured to be the most powerful faerie alive, but rarely shows her dangerous side, preferring grace and kindness. Though her requests are often the hardest to fulfill, her rewards are beyond measure. -About Faeries 

Faerie Quest Information
Below is an example of when the Faerie Queen appears to assign you a quest. The items that the Faerie Queen's requests are at random with a rarity of 80-95 (rare). They can be found throughout Neopia.
 

The Faerie Queen appears in a puff of lavender smoke. "Bring me ITEM NAME HERE and you will be rewarded."

 

Rewards
Rewards are given after you've given the requested item. Rewards are only given to your active pet.

Rewards
+2 Levels, +5 Endurance AND +5 Strength

 

Finding the Requested Item
When on a quest, the Shop Wizard and Super Shop Wizard (for Premium) are closed. There are multiple avenues to look for the requested item. You can check if the item is already in your SDB, check the specific store the item is sold in, ask friendly Neopians for help, check the Trading Post, or find it in the Auctions!
