Below are some Frequently Asked Questions found from the NeoBoard Stickers FAQ.


What are NeoBoard Stickers?
NeoBoard Stickers are images that you can use to express yourself on the NeoBoards! They are an extra way to customise your NeoSignatures and prettify your posts.

Where can I use NeoBoard Stickers?
Right now NeoBoard Stickers are only intended to be used in your siggies/NeoSignatures, but we will eventually be expanding their use to NeoHTML and beyond as well!

How do I get NeoBoard Stickers?
NeoBoard Stickers are available for purchase in the NC Mall in packs of 5. In the future, we will look at expanding the Sticker system, potentially creating larger or smaller sticker packs, and making NP stickers available too!

How do I use NeoBoard Stickers?
First you have to purchase Stickers through the NC Mall. Once you have them, they’ll automatically be added to your “Sticker Book,” which you can access when creating your NeoSignature in the NeoBoard Preferences.

Click on the “Add Sticker” button, select the Sticker you want from your Sticker Book menu, and it will be added to your NeoSignature - they’ll be represented in the text box with a specific code, but that code will convert to an image in the NeoSig preview and on the boards - just like Smilies!

Is there a limit to how many Stickers I can use?
Yes. You can have up to 3 Stickers in your NeoSignatures at a time, provided they fit in your character count; any more than that may risk disrupting other players' experiences, as they may stretch the page.

I can’t fit all the Stickers I want in my Font; is there a way to get more character space for Stickers?
Yes! You can purchase a NeoBoard Pen in the NC Mall to gain extra character space in your NeoSignature and NeoHTML. These also let you save special custom fonts!

Can I just type the NeoBoard Sticker code to use it?
Yes… and no. To be able to use a Sticker, you must have it in your Sticker Book, meaning you must have purchased it. If you have purchased a Sticker and know its code, you can just type the code in to make it appear, but if you type the code without purchasing the sticker first, the sticker will not appear.

Where can I view my collected Stickers?
Stickers can be viewed in the Sticker Book Menu when customising your NeoSignature. In the future we plan to release an album for you to view all your stickers and show off your collections, so stay tuned!

Someone is using their Stickers in a way that is disruptive or inappropriate. What should I do?
Please use the “Report this message” button on any NeoBoard posts and fill out an abuse report. We will review the report and take action if the post/font in question is deemed disruptive or inappropriate.

What is considered “disruptive” when using Stickers?
For the most part, NeoBoard Stickers shouldn’t disrupt experiences on the NeoBoards; one of the ways it can, however, is if players are stacking Stickers vertically in order to make others scroll much further down the page.

We ask that you please be considerate when creating your posts, fonts and siggies, and ask yourself before posting if you might be put off or annoyed by the font you are creating!
