Neopets Site Themes

Site themes allow you to personalize the way Neopets looks. You can change your site theme on your account’s preferences page. Recently, TNT has been going through great efforts to revamp the site, making it modern and mobile friendly. You’ll notice there are two options listed on the preferences page: the existing site theme, and a beta site theme. You can change the site theme, or best match the two, for the old website and the new website.

Please note, many old site themes have not been converted yet, but you can still configure a matching site theme you like. Currently, all beta site themes are default and can be activated by everyone. The only exception is the Space Faerie site theme. This theme is strictly exclusive for premium players. You can learn more from our Neopets Premium guide.

Many of the old site themes are still hidden, requiring you to explore and perform certain actions to unlock them, or were an event/plot reward many years ago and are no longer obtainable. These unlocked site themes will also appear on your userlookup, specifying how many site themes you have collected.

We have recently revamped this guide to be more user friendly, and allow you to preview all of the new site themes! You'll be able to preview each theme on the Neopets homepage, and a generic page with all graphics used in the theme.

Altador Cup

A site theme for the yearly Altador Cup, perfect to inspire you to win high scores! This theme was released on June 26th, 2021 for Altador Cup XVI.

Altadorian Constellations

A recreation of the original, although this is a default theme and you are not required to complete the plot. However, if you wish to obtain the equivalent old site theme, you will have to complete the Altador plot
