This expansion was released on July 23, 2004. The official title of this expansion pack was Secrets of Mystery Island. While this is just to spice up Mystery Island lore, it does include characters from the Volcano Mystery plot which released nearly a year before the TCG release from September 23, 2003 to October 18, 2003.

When this Villain loses a contest, untap all of its rivals. If their master is in a nice mood, he may even let them keep some of their ill-gotten gains.

Meerca Brothers (TCG)

To play this, you need a Fire Neopet. When you play this card, choose one of your Neopets and roll a die. If you roll a 1, discard that Neopet. (A Basic Neopet that is discarded is put on the bottom of the Neopet stack of its owner.) Repeat this for each of your other Neopets (one at a time). Then your opponent does the same for each of his or her Neopets (one at a time). When this Villain loses a contest, untap all of its rivals.

Moltenus (TCG)

To play this, you need a Water Neopet. Choose either the strength or intelligence arena. Move all Neopets to that arena.

Monsoon (TCG)

To play this, you need an Earth Neopet. Choose a Location in play. Move it to an arena of your choice that does not already have a Location.

Muntando Fruit (TCG)

When this Neopet starts a contest, you may choose a Petpet attached to another of your Neopets or Heroes and attach it to this Neopet.

Mynci Safari Guide (TCG)

To play this, you need a Dark Neopet. Play this card when your opponent rolls a 6 in a contest. He or she rerolls that die.

Oops! (TCG)

This Neopet gets +1 to all stats while you have any Fire Neopets in play.

Orange Mynci (TCG)

When this Neopet loses a contest, you may move it to another arena.

Peophin Waverider (TCG)

When this Neopet wins a contest against a Neopet on your turn, your opponent chooses a card from his or her hand and discards it.

Salvaged Goods (TCG)

Before your turn, if this card is in your bank, you may discard it to have each player discard his or her hand.

Shell Acara Totem (TCG)

To play this, tap one of your Neopets.

Slugawoo (TCG)

Before your turn, if this card is in your bank, you may discard it to choose one of the Neopets of your opponent in play and discard it. (A Basic Neopet that is discarded is put on the bottom of the Neopet stack of its owner.)

Snarling Totem (TCG)

To play this, tap one of your Dark Neopets. When this Petpet is discarded from play, your opponent discards a card at random from his or her hand.

When you bank this card, look at the top 4 cards of your deck and put them back in any order.

When you bank this card, each of your Neopets gets +2 to all stats until the end of the turn.

Tagobo Potion (TCG)

Before you roll for a contest this Neopet is in, you may have it use the stat of one of its rivals instead of its own. (The stat includes everything except Item bonuses and the die roll.)

When this Neopet starts a contest, name a card. Then reveal the top card of your deck. If you named that card, draw it.

Techo Fisherman (TCG)

To play this, tap one of your Light Neopets. While this Hero is in play, each of your Neopets gets +3 to all stats.

Be careful when eating these, or you may end up with a pierced tongue!

Thornberry (TCG)

To play this, tap one of your Neopets. When you win a contest this Neopet or Hero is in by rolling a 6, you may discard this Equipment at the end of the contest to choose one of its rivals and discard it. (A Basic Neopet that is discarded is put on the bottom of the Neopet stack of its owner.) When you roll a 1 for a contest this Neopet or Hero is in, discard this Equipment (after you decide who won).

Tiki Bomb (TCG)

To play this, you need a Fire Neopet. Choose an arena where your opponent has at least one Neopet. Untap all of your Neopets and Heroes there. You may start an extra contest there this turn.

Tiki Party (TCG)

To play this, tap one of your Fire Neopets. When you play this card, reveal the top card of your opponent?s deck. If the card collector number ends in 0, 2, or 5, draw 3 cards. (The card collector number is in the lower right-hand corner. For example, Tiki Tack Man?s card collector number is 39.

Tiki Tack Man (TCG)

To play this, you need an Air Neopet. When a player wins a contest here that is not against a Villain, that player may put any number of cards from his or her hand on the bottom of his or her deck in any order and then draw that many cards.

Trading Post (TCG)

To play this, you need a Light Neopet. At the end of each contest here, each player who played an Item in the contest draws a card.

To play this, tap one of your Neopets.

Tribal Blowgun (TCG)

To play this, you need a Fire Neopet. Heroes and Experienced Neopets cannot start contests except against Tura-Kepek. When this Villain loses a contest, the player who defeated it draws a card.

Tura-Kepek (TCG)

When you bank this card, return a card at random from your discard pile to your hand.

Undiscovered Treasure (TCG)

To play this, tap 3 of your Fire Neopets. Discard all Neopets, Heroes, Villains, and Locations in play.

To play this, you need a Fire Neopet. Before the turn of each player, he or she rolls a die. If he or she rolls a 1, discard all Neopets, Heroes, Villains, and Locations here.

Volcano (TCG)

To play this in a contest, you need a Water Neopet. When you bank this card with a Water Neopet or Hero, choose an arena. You may choose one Neopet controlled by each player in that arena, untap them, and exchange control of them. (They cannot be traded in or replaced). At the end of the turn, each one goes back to its owner. (Each one stays in the arena it is in at the end of the turn.)

Voodoo Doll (TCG)

To play this, tap one of your Neopets. This Equipment gives an additional +3 to strength while attached to a Fire Neopet or Hero. This Equipment gives an additional +3 to agility while attached to a Water Neopet or Hero.

Werelupe Claw (TCG)
