Cards Per Draw

How to Play:
Sakhmet Solitaire is very similar to the classic Solitaire game found on every Windows computer. There are four sets of cards: neggs, diamonds, clubs and spades. Neggs and diamonds are both red cards and clubs and spades are both black cards. To win the game, you must align four sets of cards from Ace to King in their matching suits.

It may sound easy, but just like any card game, this is based entirely off of luck. You have three different areas: draw pile, the playing field, and the ace piles.

On the upper left-hand corner, the draw pile gives you a choice to draw a series of 3 cards per round or just 1 card per round. In 3 cards per round, you have a total of 3 rounds of up to 7 draws while in 1 card per round, you have a total of 24 draws. As you click through the cards, there are some draw signs to be aware of:

There are more cards in your draw pile.
You cleared the cards that you've so far have drawn and can keep drawing more cards.
If you are playing "3 Draw" you will see this symbol letting you know that the last round has ended, and a new round will begin when you draw again.
Your draw pile is empty.

The playing field is where all the action takes place. You will maneuver cards into a black and red sequence with the aim of clearing the field. To clear the field, the cards must be played into the ace piles. You can move single cards or a pile of cards by highlighting them and moving them around the playing field.

Creating four ace piles is the goal of the game. As you clear the playing field, you create four ace piles which is a series of cards from Ace to King in four piles, each of the four suits. Once cards are placed in the ace pile, they cannot be used again on the playing field.

You can end your game at any time by clicking [ Collect Winnings ] at the top. When you want to end the game, a warning will pop up to ask if you are sure you want to end the game and collect your winnings.

Statistics:
The statistics show that for every game you play, there is an approximate 6% winrate. This means that, naturally, you will lose more than you will win when playing.

Strategies:
There are a few known strategies of playing Solitaire, especially Sakhmet style.

Keep it on the field
Play the cards on the playing field first before you use the cards in the draw pile. Begin using the draw pile if there are no available moves on your playing field.

Don't pile too soon
Keep your ace piles even. For example, keep them all at 2's or 3's but don't have two sets be 5's and the other sets be 2's. In other words, try not to add card values to your ace pile because it is available. Use them to help maneuver cards around. If you place them on your ace pile, you will not be able to use those cards throughout the game and cannot help grab cards from the playing field or draw pile.

Clear the field
Work your way through your playing field by flipping over inactive cards. The more you flip, the better it is in the end.

Deja-Vu of cards
When playing 3 cards per draw, you have three chances of seeing the same cards (if not played on the playing field). You can use this knowledge to determine what cards can be moved and what to look forward to when sequencing.

Difficulty of level
It is recommended to choose 3 cards per draw rather than 1 card per draw as you have a better chance at a draw pattern in 3 cards per draw than seeing the card once in 1 card per draw.

Trophies:
There are two types of trophies that can be earned in Sakhmet Solitaire. You can either earn the high score trophy or a bonus trophy.

The high score trophy is highly competitive with a cumulative score reaching well past the millions. As of 2021, high scores are reaching past 35,000,000 points. It can be doable with a lot of dedication and time!

The bonus trophies are determined by how many wins you earn while playing the game.

1 win
2 wins

Prizes:
Occasionally, when you win a game, the Lost Desert Chomby is kind enough to give some prizes! Prizes typically range between battle magic items or desert food items.
