What is The Case of the Mini Mystery Capsules?
The Case of the Mini Mystery Capsules is a site event currently in the NC Mall. The Case of the Mini Mystery Capsules got introduced in the following way:

Apparently, something went wrong in the Mystery Capsule Factory, for now the Mystery Capsules coming with this event will give out a Mini Mystery Capsule. A Mini Mystery Capsule looks almost the same way as the regular, except that it is mini!



Mini Mystery Capsules are like the limited bonus items that come from a regular Mystery Capsule. You have a chance of getting one when you open a Mystery Capsule. This is random. You could get a Mini Mystery Capsule from the first Mystery Capsule you open, or you could open twenty Mystery Capsules and not receive a single Mini Mystery Capsule at all.

Now what can you do with a Mini Mystery Capsule? Well, you can open it again. Each Mini Mystery Capsule will contain a special bonus items. So far, the Mini Mystery Capsules have been giving out two different bonus items (of which you will only get one when you open a capsule), it's not known whether any future capsules will also give out two bonus items or more.

Special bonus items
You can get several special bonus items for The Case of the Mini Mystery Capsules. First of all, you'll get a bonus item when buying all capsules coming along with this event from the NC Mall.

There will be five different capsules:
- Argyle Mystery Capsule
- Tie-Dye Mystery Capsule
- Polka Dot Striped Mystery Capsule
- Feather Boa Mystery Capsule
- Gothic Feather Mystery Capsule

Keep in mind you'll have to buy these capsules! Any capsules you'll get gifted will not count towards getting this bonus item.

There is also a second bonus. You will get this one when you get the all five the Mini Mystery Capsules by opening the regular Mystery Capsules. Of course, this will not always happen on first try, so you might need to open several Mystery Capsules of one kind, like the Argyle Mystery Capsule, before you will get the Mini Argyle Mystery Capsule.

You will not get this second bonus item when you just open the Mystery Capsules, but do not get all five Mini Mystery Capsules. You also won't get this bonus item when someone gifts you a Mini Mystery Capsules.

If you're planning on getting the second bonus, (the big one at the end of the event) keep in mind that all Mystery Capsules are paid with Neocash, for which you'll have to spend real money. The the only way to qualify for this bonus is by getting all Mini Mystery Capsules through opening the large Mystery Capsules. Since this is random, it's not guaranteed a Mystery Capsule will give out a Mini Mystery Capsule. Therefore it is very possible that you'll have to buy many Mystery Capsules before you'll open one that will give out the Mini Mystery Capsule. In this way, the event can become rather expensive!

Earlier events
Although the idea of the Mini Mystery Capsules is a new one, the concept of this event has been used for several NC Mall events before, like the The event is a continuation of last years Great Mystery Capsule Adventure event, that was hosted in the NC Mall during the Fall of 2009 and the Great Mystery Capsule Adventure Continues event, which was hosted a year later during Fall 2010.

Also similar was the Quest for Knowledge Mystery Capsule adventure that was hosted in the NC mall during spring 2010.

Do I need to purchase and open the capsules in any particular order?
No. These Mystery Capsules can be purchased and opened in any order, but remember that each capsule is only available for a limited time and capsules must be purchased and opened between August 30, 2011- October 10, 2011.

Will I receive multiple Limited Edition Bonus NC items if I purchase more than one of each Mystery Capsule or receive more than five Mystery Capsule bonus items (Mini-Mystery Capsules)?
