Healing Springs

What is the Healing Springs?
The Healing Springs was discovered on January 13th, 2001. It is located in Faerieland at the waterfall. You can go there to restore your pet's health, hunger, and mood. The Healing Springs is operated by a water faerie named Marina who has dedicated her life to harnessing the powers of the springs to magically heal pets and create items from the spring waters. The Healing Springs is popular for those who frequent the Battledome (or the Snowager). The Healing Springs Faerie was featured in Atlas of the Ancients.

How to Play

When visiting the Healing Springs, there are two things you can do: heal your pets or buy potions from the store. You can do both options, but each one has their own limited availability. You can purchase from Marina store or have her heal your active pet every 30 minutes

Healing Your Pets

Marina can only heal your pets once a day. She states that her magic is limited, so outcomes of how much she heals your active pet varies. There is a chance that instead of healing your active pet, Marina will give you an item from her shop.

Healing Springs

Welcome to my home of healing and relaxation. What can I do for you today? Maybe I can heal your Neopets, or perhaps you would like to purchase some of my healing potions?

You must remember that my magic is limited so I can't heal your pets that often. Also, I'm currently running out of potions so I am limiting one to each customer per visit.

Healing Outcomes

As mentioned, Marina can either heal your pets or give you an item from her shop. There are only two outcomes that will not only heal your active pet, but also cure a disease. When Marina states "All your Neopets have their health completely restored!!!" or the "Active Petname is fully healed!!!" then your pet will be cured of any disease they contracted. For more information about diseases and cures,  check out SunnyNeo's Diseases & Cures Guide.

Additionally, when the Faerie Festival is active around September, Marine will always state the following:

In celebration of the Faerie Festival, all your Neopets have their health completely restored!!!

Shop Items

There are three different types of items that can be purchased in the Healing Springs shop: healing potions, elixirs and snowballs. Elixirs can heal your pet while they battle in the Battledome as equipment. The healing potions, however, cannot heal your pet in the Battledome. Below is a list of items available in the Healing Springs shop. It will include how much each item costs and how many hit points it can restore.

Healing Springs in the Companion App

Just like on-site, you can heal your pets or buy items at the Healing Springs. In the app, you can click your pet at the top and quickly switch your active pet to heal. For more information about the Companion App, check out our Neopets: Companion App Coverage Guide.

When you ask Marina to heal your pet, you will see an interactive animation of bubbles floating across your screen that you can pop. (You can also choose to skip the interactive scene by pressing Skip at the top right-hand corner.) After healing, you will see a timer counting down from 30 minutes for your next available healing.

You also have the option to buy a potion from Marina. As an in-app perk for Premium Subscribers, you can choose to get the item half the price.
