Missing Pet PNG's
Around the site we use Pet PNG's for a few things. We are always looking for nice people to help us with the ones we are missing.
How can you help?
Getting the PNG for a pet is really quite easy.
- Clothed Male/Female PNG: Make sure your pet is only wearing the items that come with that colour. For example, if we need a PNG of a female split usul, you would want to make sure the split usul is wearing the split usul headbands, and the split usul bow. Then remove all other items, backgrounds, trinkets, etc.
- Unclothed Male/Female PNG: Remove all wearable items from your pet. This includes backgrounds and trinkets. If you don't know how, in the customisation tool click on 'Applied'. This gives you a list of all items your pet is currently wearing. Click on each item, and then click on 'Remove' until there are no items listed anymore.
- Go to your userlookup. On your userlookup you should see your pets.
- IE/FF: Right click on the pet we need the png of, a dropdown will appear. In this dropdown menu, click on Properties (IE), or View Image Information (FF). A small window will popup up with information about the image. Look for the URL (IE) or the Location (FF). It will look something like this: http://pets.neopets.com/cp/3x3ocrd7/1/2.png. Copy this and neomail it to one of the staffmembers listed below.
- Chrome/Safari: Right click on the pet we need the png of, a dropdown will appear. Click on "Open Image in a New Tab". This will open up the image of the pet in a new tab. Copy the URL that is in the address bar of your browser. Neomail it to one of the staff listed below.

Which Staffmembers can you contact?
Once you have copied the png of the pet, please neomail them to one of our staffmembers listed below, so they can add it to our database. The staffmembers who will be working on this are:

Please contact only ONE of these staffmembers, your neomail WILL be read. If for some reason the image you sent us is still listed as being needed after a week or so, then please do contact another staff. Sometimes life happens.
