Naturally we would like to be alerted if any of our pages contain mistakes or errors. Other than that you can find a few things below we really want help with. If you can help out with any of the issues below then please contact any of the people located on the contact us page.
General: Spelling & Erorrs
If you find any typing errors or mistakes on our pages please let us know. We aim for perfection! Also if you are getting any errors on our pages, let us know so we can fix the problem.
NC Mall Images:
In our NC Mall Customisation database we display each item of clothing on a pet. This pet wears only this specific item, no other items, and not backgrounds. However, we are missing some items. Below you can see which ones. If you have any of these items, or know someone else who does, please neomail phoenixs_angel.

If you own the item yourself, you can easily get the URL of the image we need. What you should do is the following: You go to customise your pet and remove ALL clothing items from your pet. This includes backgrounds and paint brush clothing. Then you put on the one item we are looking for and save. If you then go to your userlookup you can see the image of the pet as we want it. If you right click on it and go to properties you will be shown the URL. It looks like this:

Copy the URL and send it in a neomail to phoenixs_angel. If you don't understand feel free to ask him for more instructions.
Hidden Tower: Access under 4 months?
In June 2007, the Hidden Tower was closed for all users with accounts younger than 4 months. When a person with a young account went to visit the Hidden Tower, they would automatically be redirected to Faerieland. On April Fools Day 2009 the Hidden Tower was closed, because it was covered with vines. Since then, people with accounts that are under 4 months old can visit the Hidden Tower again. However, we don't know if they can actually buy from there. If you have any information about buying from the hidden tower under 4 months, please Contact Us. Please be aware, buying from the Hidden Tower from a side account is not allowed. Please don't try this to help us out as you may lose your account.
Diseases and Cures related:
We need to know what diseases the following items cure:

These lost desert medicine are lower quality than regular ones. This means that you might need to give your pet several of these medicines before your pet is actually cured. These medicines may or may not work, you never know.
Tale of Woe related:
We need some help getting the trophy scores from the Tale of Woe plot correctly. Right now we have some score gaps of which we don't know which trophy they belong to. If you know of a user who has their score in one of those gaps, please neomail us!
