The name of the Spirit of Slumber has been found! This means there will be no more grave-marking. This part of the plot is now closed and you can't do it any more. Step 1 - A new part of the comic is out. Read it and you will know that the Spirit of Slumber didn't have a headstone! So we need to mark off all the headstones from the list of registered deaths. Start by going to the Caretaker's Vault. The Caretaker's Vault You enter the strange house. Inside are rows of shelves stuffed with hundreds of books. They all seem to be records about deaths in the Haunted Woods. The Brain Tree would love this place! 
Step 2 - Click on "Visit the graveyards", you will see the following conversation: Haunted Woods Graveyard 
Step 3 - Pick a grave to start marking. Click on any grave link and you will be brought into that grave. Look for tombstones that do not have a little red "x" on it.
If someone already got to the grave before you, you will see the following: Haunted Woods Graveyard
Someone's already marked this grave. You should go find a different grave to check off. If you successfully found an unmarked grave, you will see the following: Haunted Woods Graveyard
It looks like nobody's marked this grave yet! You should write down the name and date of death and go find the name in the books so you can cross it off! If you got the grave, go back to the Caretaker's Vault. You can take your time, as the grave is yours to mark off. You will see the following: The Caretaker's Vault You enter the strange house. Inside are rows of shelves stuffed with hundreds of books. They all seem to be records about deaths in the Haunted Woods. The Brain Tree would love this place! 
The shelf in the background should now be clickable. The records are organized into months of death. Search through the shelves until you found the correct month of death. Sometimes during searching, the caretaker would come back and scare you off, just click on "Return to the Caretaker's Vault" to come back. If you clicked on the wrong shelf, this will show up: The Caretaker's Vault The books on this shelf are all for deaths that occurred in the month of Running. Once you pick the right shelf, you will see the following: The Caretaker's Vault You've found the proper records book. It seems to contain records for everyone who died on 1st day of Running, Y3.
Click on the entry that you are looking for. If the person you are looking for is not on this page, click on "»»»" for the next page. If you crossed off the name successfully, you will see the following: The Caretaker's Vault
Click on "Visit the graveyards" and you will see this: Haunted Woods Graveyard
You've already found this name in the books and crossed it off. Go find another grave! If you found the wrong name, Sophie will be very angry! The Caretaker's Vault
This means you just lost the grave you marked and someone else can go get it now. :( On Oct 27, 2006, all the names have been marked off. If you go back to the graveyard, you will see this: The Caretaker's Vault
