Just as the Sun begins to set over the Colossem the last day before the Altador Cup XI kicks off, an uneasy feeling begins to settle. A group of SunnyNeo Staffers enter in lab coats as they begin to cackle. It is easy to see they are all mad - Team Mad Scientists has arrived. Two-time Team Super Heroes Champ, Mikey leads the team into the arena sporting Lost Desert colors. Mikey is our Game Guide Writer. Mikey has done well previous AC's, and is a two time Staff Tournament Champion. He's hoping to be three for three. Jay follows closely behind clad in Terror Mountain colors. Jay is a Customisation team member and updates our Rainbow Pool. Jay and Mikey were together last year on Team Super Heroes and hope with the two of them, this team will prove to also be untouchable. Jay was also in our AC IX Staff Tournament. Aly is a newer artist here at SunnyNeo - and the only newer member on this team. Aly is hoping to fit right in with our long-time staff members and not fall behind. David is our Programmer and overloaded with us throwing questions at him on how to fix this and that. Although he's been a SunnyNeo Staffer for quite some time, he's new to the Staff Tournament. He's hoping we don't keep him distracted with projects and can be this teams mystery. Robyn is also an Artist who's been around for quite some time. Although, like David, is new to the Staff Tournament. She sports Meridell attire and hopes to score the first points for both her teams.
New Altador Cup Banners and Glitters have been made! Be sure to check them out and add them to your Userlookup, Petpages, etc. to show support for your team.
All of our Buttons/Banners have been fixed! Hurray! You can now use them without any problems.
As the Altador Cup quickly approaches and everyone has either a slushie or a megaphone in hand, clad in their team gear, another Staff team has arrived for the SunnyNeo Staff Tournament! You can't help but feel the comfort and familiarity in their name: Team Home Town Heroes! Front-runner for the team is Callie our AC Daily Reporter. She's hoping being on top of the AC she'll be able to find teams strengths and weaknesses and use that to help her team here and for Krawk Island. Callie has also helped us out with graphics and is returning from Staff Tournament AC IX. Jocinto is our resident Customisation Team member. He does a lot by getting items into our database and maintaining it. He's clad in Lost Desert apparel. Jocinto has shown dedication here at SunnyNeo, and hopes to apply that same dedication to racking up scores for his teams. Jocinto was in previous Staff Tournaments: AC V, VI and X. Joyables charges in as one of our newer staff members as a General Page Maintenance. She's still settling to SunnyNeo and Haunted Woods, but hopes that with the unknown she can score points to help her teams. Ziggy returns once again from previous Staff Tournaments AC IX and AC X She's once again clad in Roo Island attire. Ziggy does quite a lot for us around SunnyNeo including Packrat and other Item lists, Customisation, and basically anything that doesn't require graphics or HTML. She is a huge asset to SunnyNeo and hopes to be one for her team. Bloom too enters in Roo Island attire, but is a beginner to the SunnyNeo Staff Tournament. Bloom is another General Page Maintenance around here at SunnyNeo and hopes to help us get some pages updated. Without other Staffers familiar with her play, she hopes to use that as her strength.
We've updated a few more pages for you as well. The Tournament Rules page has the lastest rules placed. You can view the Sign-Up Bonuses for signing up for the Altador Cup multiple years. Customisation Overview has been added for this year, but will have more additions as the AC unfolds. We will update previous years for this page after the AC ends.
Our Customisation Spotlight is NOW OPEN!! Please read over the rules carefully. Once again we will do two categories for each team: NP Only and NC Included (PB clothes acceptable in either category). The last day you can enter your pet is June 26th, and winners announced on July 1st.

As everyone continues to fill the Colosseum and the roar of the crowd continues to climb, suddenly balloons fall from a blimp up above. The center of the field where Yooyuballs usually emerge, opens and begins to rise. The crowd no matter who's team they support can't help but feel the awesomeness that is the latest team to arrive: Team: The Best is clearly here. Wolf is clad in Brightvale colors and does many updates for SunnyNeo such as Daily Puzzle and Crossword as well as event guides. He returns now for his third year in the Staff Tournament, previously in AC IX and AC X. He's been around for quite some time and hopes to rack up numbers for his team in the first hours of the day. Christa is our resident Guide Reviewer and Gourmet Food List updater and returns for her second year at the Staff Tournament. She's beginning to do more and more as she settles in to staff. She is clad in Kiko Lake attire. Christa is hoping to carry Kiko Lake's strength from last year and apply it to her scores for Team: The Best. Jado too returns for a second year for the Staff Tournament and once again with Shenkuu. Jado is a great artist for us here at SunnyNeo. Jado hope to translate creativity in art to creativity in play style to overtake the other teams. Faith is an amazing graphics maker here at SunnyNeo and returns for her second year in the Staff Tournament - previously in AC IX. Faith is hoping to use her free time this summer to really pack down some scores. Sayegh is another new staffer joining us as our Graphics Coder Overseer and supporting Krawk Island. Sayegh is working hard at getting our layouts fixed with the recent changes. Sayegh is hoping to use that same dedication on the field.
We have reviewed our AC pages and have noticed a few out of date and we are trying very hard to get everything ready and updated. So stay tuned for pages that we've adjusted. So far we've updated the Fan Freebies and Abbreviations & Common Terms. Many more updates to come in the last few moments before this years AC XI starts.

Suddenly from the depths of quiet, a menacing cackle fills the air! Five SunnyNeo staffers come charging forth haunting the arena. It is no question that Team Haunted Path has most definitely arrived for this years SunnyNeo Staff Tournament. Long time returning player Corine is leading the pack and has been helpful all around SunnyNeo. With her many years at the Staff Tournaments AC V, VI, IX, and X, Corine is hoping to use her knowledge to lead the charge for her team. She's laying it down and going for all star for her team Meridell. Lacee returns this AC still pulling for Haunted Woods - fitting so well on Team Haunted Path. She is part of our Project Crew. Lacee is full of confidence from her AC X team, Team Super Heroes, win last year and hopes to have a no-losing streak. Reagan only joined SunnyNeo a few months ago as our MIA Updater, but was eager to join the Staff Tournament. He's confident in his game-play and has done well so far to come up with ideas for the team. Its a wonder how his team Maraqua will fair as well as his Team Haunted Path. Kyra is also a newcomer who is supporting Maraqua. Kyra is an amazing graphics artist who's been busy working on some things to add to the AC graphics - watch out for those soon. She cannot wait to score the first point for her team! Rhyz is also a long time returning player to the Staff Tournament, being in previous years AC V, VI, and X. He has done some item page work such as stamps in the past for us at SunnyNeo. He hasn't chosen a team yet, but hopes to bring his A-game whatever path he choses.

The sky above the stadium fills with wondrous colors that dance among the stars. Purples, Blue and Aqua amaze as they fill the crowd with wonder and delight. It can only mean one thing: Team Aurora has arrived! The SunnyNeo Staff Tournament has its first team. With SunnyNeo Staff Legends and Newcomers alike, Team Aurora is made up of five competitors. Sosu is a graphics maker who recently returned to SunnyNeo after some time away. He's never participated in the SN Staff Tournament, but promises to bring in some great scores for his team Moltara and Aurora alike. Sitka is SunnyNeo's recently added Petpet Expert. She's clearly sporting Maraquan attire and is hoping to come out strong on her first year on the SN Staff Tournament. Vicki our long-time Battledome Expert too has never joined the SN Staff Tournament, but is eager to show her worth as well as pulling for her Neopets' team Shenkuu. Franc is a newcomer to SunnyNeo and is our Concept Coordinator. Franc is the second Maraqua supporter of Team Aurora and is hoping to be the push Team Aurora needs to take this SN Staff Tournament! Ashleigh is SunnyNeo's most recent staff member - joining us today as a Customisation Preview Searcher. Upon joining, she was very eager to be a last minute entry being the second Shenkuu supporter on this team. She hopes to be Team Aurora's secret weapon.
The final two teams, Faerieland and Mystery Island, have arrived at the Colosseum. Now that the line-up is complete, the sign-ups will start tomorrow!
We've fixed four more Userlookups for you due to requests. We've added a Graphics Coder Overseer who is working on the Altador Cup graphics so stay tuned for more fixed layouts!

The Altador Cup XI is coming up fast. We are having our SunnyNeo Staff Tournament return as well as the Customisation Spotlight. We also hope to have some new graphics added again this year. So stay tuned!

In order to be transparent with our players and fans, we want to inform you of recent reports that have come to our attention regarding an alleged data breach to our Neopets' account database in which a large amount of information from player accounts may have been leaked to third parties. To be clear, this is specific to the Usernames, Passwords, Email Addresses, Birthdates, and Countries tied to player accounts. It does NOT include credit card or payment information. While we know news like this might be frustrating to our players to learn, we would like to assure all that this breach in security is linked to an incident that occurred in 2012, prior to JumpStart's acquisition of Neopets. In fact, account security has been elevated since Neopets joined the JumpStart family of games. After further investigation and some quick actions by our team, it is becoming clear that a number of the affected accounts are, in fact, inactive and in some cases have already been completely purged from our system. Although, the impact of this database hack is limited to this single incident, we want all our players to know the facts surrounding these reports and also hope to encourage active players to take the necessary measures toward keeping their accounts secure. On our end, we plan to implement a password reset for all affected players (more info to come). We appreciate your understanding and patience at this time and invite you to reach out to us through our normal support channels with any questions or concerns you might have regarding this incident or the security of your account. As a quick reminder to avoid facing any further account access related issues in the future, we recommend that you to never share account information to any parties beside TNT and that you keep your account information up to date, resetting your password regularly. It will show a different user name and a message such as the one below, but this is only on NC pages and your account is not signed out. It does mean that some users are unable to access NC Mall and the Qasalan Expellibox daily.
