There were some fixes on the site today. TNT says we are in for a full week of fixes, as they continue to go through there long list of reports users are sending in.
So keep sending in those reports if your still having issues.
No big updates on neo's Facebook or Twitter accounts. But the news had some lists of stuff for us today.

Happy Monday, everyone! We fixed a couple of minor Neoboard issues. We are also working on getting the big Send Score error with games fixed as soon as we can. Here's to a whole week of fixing things!
NC Mall Update!
Thanks so much for reporting bugs over the weekend. We are working feverishly to get them all taken care of. Here are a few updates:
Gift Boxes are fixed! You should now be able send NC items using gift boxes.
We are making our way through the tickets of items that were purchased but never received. Hang tight, if you've submitted a ticket we'll be getting to you soon.
Fortune Cookies: Anyone who has written in about time lost with a fortune cookie should now have had their fortune cookie replaced. We have a few left to process so if you haven't heard back we should be getting to you soon.

The NC Mall is open for business again ! TNT has released several new autumn items, including the Autumn Forest Gift Box Mystery Capsule. They also rereleased the Limited Edition Silver Poogle Key Quest Token with a brand new bonus item.
Not enough, you say ? Then go get the seventh Mystery Capsule in the Dreams & Nightmares Mystery Capsule Adventure: Best of Dreams Mystery Capsule. This is also the fourth and final MC from the Dream collection - did you get the bonus item ? Don't think you missed out because of the downtime - TNT changed the retiring date on the last three MCs. Check out the new dates here. Our page has been updated.
If you own any of these newly released items and want to help us with keeping The Dressing Room up to date, then please submit your pet on our Model Page.
TNT announced today that the site is now up and running again. The big fixes for today (Premium and the NC Mall). TNT also stated that they are still working hard to get all the rest of the items on there fix list done as soon as possible as well. TNT is still asking users to submit reports on any issues you are still encountering on the site. They are now using the reports to zero in on any lingering bugs/glitches on the site.
So if you are still seeing any problems on your accounts you should be sending in a report right away. According to TNT's latest reports the site is now considered fully up and running, so if you don't send in a report TNT will not know you still have an issue on your account.

The NC Mall and Premium are back!!! Hooray! It looks like there still might be some issues to work out, but for the most part, we seem to be up and running. :) Please continue to send in any bug reports if you see anything. We really appreciate your efforts! In the meantime, here are some key points for you:
NC Mall;
There was a glitch earlier that prevented item purchases from showing up in your inventory. If you had NC deducted but no items, please write in to Support with your purchase details and we will make sure you get the items that you paid for!
We have extended a bunch of end dates for items that were set to retire earlier. Please take a look and make sure you grab the items you want before their new retirement date! :) If you had any open Fortune Cookies or other items that you couldn't use due to the transition outage, please contact Support and that will be taken care of.
Membership;
You should be able to access the Manage Membership page now. Phew!
To make up for time that was lost, we will be granting free days later next week Also next week, members will get make up scratchcards for the ones that weren't awarded.

Hello! We were hoping to give you some updates today, but unfortunately we were unable to get to our goals in time. Please enjoy what little new content we have today. We are hoping that tomorrow will be a better news day. :( It looks like there was an issue with submitting Art Gallery entries, after all. So sorry for the confusion yesterday, everybody! :( We have added the Art Gallery to our bug list, so hopefully we can get this fixed as soon as we can. |

Better, Get Your Game On!....
It seems TNT is putting Neopets back on track. With today's news they also activated the NP Wearables that were released for their respective Pet Days: Tribal Draik & Techo Warrior. These outfits are now for sale in the Uni's Clothing Shop.
But that's not all ! They also added the background released for this year's Chocolate Ball to Mystical Surroundings: Chocolate Ballroom Background.
If you own any of these items and want to help us with keeping The Dressing Room up to date, then please submit your pet on our Model Page.
Also, TNT did not forget about the Faerie Festival. Pick up a Nuria Faerie Doll for your collection in The Hidden Tower and be sure to check out our Hidden Tower Guide for all available and retired items.
Not many new fixes on the site today, as they still have server areas giving them troubles. TNT did get a news post out for everyone today though. They also posted an update on there Twitter account.

Neopets is now back up and running. However, there are still issues with some parts of the site that are still in transit. They are still being worked on by TNT. This means users should expect some broken images and other issues including slowness of the site, while this is still taking place. TNT is asking users to report an major issues/glitches they may spot so that they can be addressed right way. We all just need to hold on and bare with TNT while they get all the issues/glitches addressed and sorted out.

We're back! - Well, mostly! We wanted to get the site back up for you ASAP so we've turned most everything back on, but there are a few pieces still in transition. Here's a (hopefully) handy list:
- The Mall: You won't be able to redeem NC cards or purchase any items yet.
- Premium Account Management: Purchasing or updating a Premium membership not functioning at the moment. (If you already have Premium, that will be working fine across the site. If you run into any problems, though, please let us know!)
- Premium Scratchcards: The system that sends these out is still in transition so they won't be arriving today like they usually do. We'll be sending these out once everything is back to normal!
- Timed content: In some cases, some things may be running on weird schedules for a bit. (For you techies, our crons are back online but they need to catch up.)
That's it! There will be no New Features today but we'll keep everyone updated on the things above as they come back online. In the meantime, if you see anything weird, please feel free to report it to us! If you aren't sure whether it's something affected by the above list, you can definitely report it anyway just to be safe. Thanks for your help!
And thanks again for all your patience during the transition. We hope it wasn't too stressful. Some of us actually went outside. That ended... poorly.

SITE UPDATE: There is an issue currently affecting login, loading of certain pages, collecting NP, etc. ALL YOUR ACCOUNT DATA IS SAFE! Even if you can't log in and you're using the correct password, please don't fret! Your account and Neopets are doing fine. (Your Neopets have probably eaten all the food in your Neohome by now, though.) We're working with our host to fix the issue but it will likely be a long wait -- through tomorrow morning at least. Many of us, old and new, have revamped our Art Adoptables page. For adoptables that have multiples you don't have to scroll past every one of them now, they are grouped together. Simply select the color, theme, or species you want and the preview image and code will be altered to reflect your choice.
A retired SunnyNeo staff made Kyrii adoptables quite some time ago now, but they were never released. This is the same staff member who did the baby adoptables. The Zafara baby was never released on the page, but is now available. We have them on our new page for you to view.

Transition Update! - The time is finally upon us! The team is ready to go so we'll begin the transition starting tomorrow -- Wednesday, September 17 (NST). Downtime may not start until late morning so we're going to try to sneak in our dailies early. Shhh.
To recap, here's what's happening:
That's it! We'll see you on the other side. We won't be rocking back and forth in our office chairs clutching our Neopets plushies while the site's down... probably.- Everything will be down and inaccessible for two or three days. We hope to be back some time on Friday. (We'll update Facebook andTwitter with any information if things change!)
- You'll see a Down for Maintenance Pteri page or a notice that Neopets doesn't exist during this time.
- Your account data and your Neopets are safe and will be waiting for you on the other side.
- Premium and NC Shoppers: We'll be making up for any time/items affected by the downtime! We'll post more information when we return.
- Habitarium and Petpet Park will no longer be accessible after the transition. (Petpet Park members will be getting more information soon.)
- NEW - Key Quest will likely be inaccessible when the site returns but we plan to bring it back up within a week or so afterwards.
- NEW - There will be no New Features updates on those days! This means that Poogle Day will be celebrated when we return. (Fear not, Poogle lovers!) We'll also likely move the Neopian Times to Monday depending on when the transition is done.

As some suggestions on things to do in the mean time:

- Find someone to do an art trade with before the site goes down - when everything comes back, trade.
- Work on your pets whether it be making them art, coming up with a story, finding out their likes/dislikes, and more.
- Check fansites like us and learn something new. Haven't tried the Stock Market? Read up on it. Don't know how to restock? Is there a game avatar you've wanted but haven't attempted? Use this time to do your research.
- Make a graphic of some sort. Perhaps you've been putting off making that new userlookup or other page?
- Battledomer? Perhaps map out your plans on training or do some research for better equipment.
- Brainstorm and start a Neopian Times entry.
