Yooyuball, Slushie Slinger, Make Some Noise and Shootout Showdown have all continued their reign as our games for this years' games. It seems TNT has continued on with their bracket system, which is as follows:

         

Alabriss Bracket: Kiko Lake, Kreludor, Darigan Citadel, Lost Desert, Meridell and Mystery Island.

Minitheus Bracket: Tyrannia, Maraqua, Brightvale, Krawk Island, Terror Mountain and Haunted Woods.

Vaeolus Bracket: Altador, Roo Island, Virtupets, Shenkuu, Moltara and Faerieland.

Things have gotten rather busy on the Battleground in Tyrannia again. The truce is over and this time the Sway, the Awakened and the Brute Squad are the ones selected to fight for the favours of the Oracle.

In honour of one of the skirmish boons, we now have a Faerie Caverns guide available! It explains everything about the daily, from how it works to what prizes you can win. On top of that, we have a section explaining how the boon works. Go take a look! :)

Elromda the Darigan Pteri is 644 days old! This means if you do not have the Pteri Darigan avatar, you can now get it by visting it's look-up.

Our Altador Cup Team pages have been updated for Altador Cup VIII. This includes some interesting changes:

• Moltara has a new goalkeeper, Harlis Neyhbol, coming from Tyrannia, has joined this team.
• On the other hand, goalkeeper Mor Gollog from Moltara is playing for Tyrannia from this year on.
• Meridell is the only team this year to come with a brand new player. Ethel Boortz, an Elderlygirl Ixi, has joined the knightsquad.

Today is the first day to sign up for the Altador Cup. Upon picking your team, you should receive 150 NC. If you played in previous years, you will also receieve a wearble item for your team.

There will also be an NC event starting June 2nd called Fanatic's Museum. We will post more information on this event as more is revealed.

Note: It seems to be that the maps do not like to be added to your cart. To buy them you need to click on the image of the map, once you find it in the NC Mall. Then click on the blue 'Add to Cart' button that shows up in the little popup. This will add them to your cart so that you can actually buy them.

The skirmish battle has ended again. This time the Order of the Red Erisim has won. The countdown clock is running down again for the next sign-up period.

Everyone who fought for the Order (a minimum of ten battles) receives an avatar, site theme and boon, which can be collected at the Battleground of the Obelisk.

There seems to be a glitch happening with the Rainbow Fountain where the colour changes are not being applied to your Neopet.
If you have an unused Fountain Faerie Quest you might want to wait a little until this gets resolved before you paint you pet.

UPDATE: The glitch has been fixed and the Fountain is working properly. Those of you who had a glitched paint job, you should be able to paint your pet now.

We've noticed quite a lot of people are confused about the Battleground of the Obelisk. The plot has officially ended, and its made place of a new (what seems to be permanent) site activity: the Skirmish Battles.

In our new Skirmish Battles guide, we've explained all about what this new feature is and how it works.


The guide also includes a prizelist. If you've won a prize not listed, please neomail us. You can check the Battleground to see which prize you won.

There is a new MME in the NC Mall. MME15-S1: Magical Storybook Background has 2 different IDs and can be bought for 550 NC each. For previews and more information on this MME and past MME's please check out our NC Mall MME Guide.

The 1st mini skirmish at the battle of the obelisk is over for this round. The thieves have won, and the countdown clock is back up til when we can pick a new team again for the next skirmish.

There is a thieves avatar, site theme, and boon you can collect at the Battleground of the Obelisk if you were on the thieves this time around. However you had to hit a minimum of fighting in order to get the rewards. It looks like the minimum might be around 10 battles, but this has not been confirmed.

Our War for the Obelisk Guide has been updated to show the battle rewards for the first skirmish, including more information about each of the boons.

Wow, where has a year gone! We have just recently gotten a glimpse into this years Altador Cup VIII starting with possible team changes.

Harlis Neyhbol, Team Tyrannia goalkeeper, is a possible transfer to Team Moltara. Well, at least he's already used to extreme heat! But what does this mean for current Moltara goalkeeper, Mor Gollog? We'll keep you updated with further information soon to come as the news surrounding the Altador Cup unfolds.

Castle of Nox's Corridor of Chance is retiring and will leave the NC mall by the 27th of May. Each weekend, you can receive re-released items from the game before it is gone for good. This weekend's prizes come from the October 2010 items. A list of these items can be found at our Castle of Nox Corridor of Chance guide.

It appears that the war has restarted. Visit the Battleground of the Obelisk to get started. Our Plot Coverage has been updated with a page on the continuing battle.
