Below you can see the list of flash previews we still need for the Kiko. Please, if you have a Kiko and any of the items listed, consider Modeling them for us! You can have as many items as you want to model on your pet at once. (You can also keep your pets regular customisation on, you don't have to remove excess items.) After saving your pet, go to the Model page and enter your pet's name. The page will then tell you which items you have successfully modeled. 

Please note, some items like showers, umbrella's, Hand Held's as well as other such items, all have multi layered images to them now. So to play it safe if we could ask you all to please enter your pets name twice into the modeling box, that would be awesome. That way we are sure to capture all the flash images that are required for your pets species an the items your modeling for us.

Hello there everyone, it's Ziggy here once again! Today were looking for help with the last of the   Team Road to the Cup Background PNG's and Flash  that we are still missing. If you model one Background, you model all the pet species for us at once to knock out 55 missing Flash models. To anyone who has one of the Backgrounds were missing, it would be awesome if you would dig them out of your SDB's and model them for us. Your models help all Neopians who visit our Dressing Room Feature.

We also need PNG's for some other items as well. If you could help out with them it would be awesome too!

For the PNG previews, we need each item modeled individually with no other items on your pet. You can Model them here for us.

We've added some Halloween-themed Gift Tags for you to enjoy!  They don't have a To/From on them.  Perhaps they are attached to treats going to a random person either a school or at your home to trick or treaters.  Feel free to use the back to either put the To/From if you'd like or a little message such as "Trick or Treat" or other spooky spells.  Any way, please enjoy!  We've also thrown in a random Fake Avatar as well of a Spyder Roaring!

Many of you may have noticed the last few days have resulted in a mass amount of accounts being disabled.  Even a few of us here at SunnyNeo have also been affected including one of my sides, and another's main and side.  Many users sat at their computers to play Neopets, only to find they've been logged out, and passwords appeared invalid.  Looking at your account via a side/main - one that allows you to log in reveals the account has been disabled.

It is easy to suddenly get upset or panic.  However, Neopets has always disabled accounts when they are compromised.  This is to keep your account safe from anyone or anything that may of found its way inside.

There is talk only among users at this point as to the cause.  Some think its a continuation of the 2012 leak, others blame recaptcha, some the reset password link, and others think its just a new glitch.  At this point, it is unclear exactly what happened.

Sifting through many boards, it appears users are starting to get their accounts returned.  However, know that there are many users trying to get their accounts back and this will take some time for them to sort out.

You can Submit a Ticket or you can email Neopets at [email protected] and provide as much information as you can.

Also from reading through boards, the change password reset neomail may be glitched - whether it caused the issue, that its not changing the password, or people aren't receiving the email.

To keep safe for now, avoid places requiring recaptcha such as Userlookups and Petlookups.  When the password reset is working properly once again, we suggest you do so.  Change your pin when you can.  Keep records of things as you play day to day, old passwords or emails connected to that account.  Take screenshots, record important dates, know who your neofriends are, items in SDB, Closet, what pets you adopted/transfered/pounded, etc.  So if this happens again you have a built-up case.

And I say this as one among you, hold on tight to your patience.  Neopets seems to be aware and working on returning things as they can.  I personally bought a plushie of my side pets and have them in my inventory for viewing and will let my pets play with them when they are returned.

We've officially gone through all of the Normal Userlookups and added all the working ones to the Working Graphics Hub.  There are quite a few broken beyond small edits.  Hopefully we can get as many of these fixed this weekend as possible.  If there is a specific layout not working you'd like to see fixed first, feel free to Contact Me.

The following are known to be broken: Faeries' Ruin*, Maraquan Maiden*, Typing Terror, Under the Sea, Unvalentine, Valentine, Valentines, Vandagyre Fever, Welcome to the Crew, Winter, Winter Wonderland, ZDAP.
