As you know, our Wishing Well Project is trying to figure out the exact requirements to obtain the avatar.

We are convinced that you will get the avatar by donating a certain amount of neopoints into the wishing well. Or as TNT puts is 'toss coins into the well'.

Please keep logging your donations to the well into our project. By doing so we can hopefully find out the right amount of neopoints soon. The hints of TNT into the editorial are so far only supporting our theory.

Yesterday we mentioned that the Fall Gift Box Mystery Capsule was labeled as "MiniMME4 - S2a: Roots Dress" when you change the language to Deutsch, well today we found out that in Deutsch the limited edition gift box from the capsule appears as "MiniMME4-S2b: Ghost Orbs Shower". All the old Jubjub Power Bounce items have been retired and made room for the Haunted Woods Jubjub Power Bounce items. You can still use the old JJPB tokens, or buy the new ones to play.

In other news, the Fall Shop at the NC Mall is now open. Bring in the season with all new items like the Fall Scarecrow Mystery Capsule, Colour Changing Leaf Wings and Quizzical Whoot on a Branch.

UPDATE: The problem appears to be fixed, yay! Yeah, not so much.

Good news, snarkie from TNT has let everyone know that the account problem had been resolved! You should now be able to log into your account if it was frozen during the glitch earlier this morning.

Okay, if you see "banned email address", this is a separate issue. They know what the problem is and are looking at it now. I don't have an ETA or any other information for you, but I wanted to update you anyway just to let you know they're aware of it at least! We've discovered an unreleased scarecrow mystery capsule. This mystery capsule is probably going to be released in the fall shop in the near future.

If I only had a brain...

A lot of people have logged into neopets to find their accounts frozen (I was also one of those people). There is a message on the neoboards from TNT about this:

Welcome back, everyone! As you may have noticed, the site was down for a bit over the past few hours for updates. Good news: the site is back up. Hooray! Since we've come back online_ some of you might have been notified your account is frozen when you attempted to log in. If this shouldn't apply to you, sorry! It works pretty much how the bonus item from a Mystery Capsule works (wherein you have the chance to win the bonus). The number of frames given to a user is random, and is not based off your numbers of capsules opened, or the like. In other news, TNT have posted the following message about upcoming Site Updates.
 

Site Update - Over the next few days, the Code Myncis will be migrating all account information, like usernames and such, over to a fancy new system they built. They're really jazzed about it, but that unfortunately means some slowness and downtime for the site overall, so we wanted to give you a heads up and let you know what to expect once they're done: Usernames and passwords will work on both Neopets.com and PetpetPark.com. (They already do, but this is better.) ;) During this time, you may not be able to update your account data on the site, including your password. (There will be an error message instead.) Our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy will have changed! You will see a message to accept the new versions the next time you log in after the maintenance is over. Registration will be down for a bit during this time so you will not be able to create new accounts. We need to fill in missing data in the new system, so you may be asked to update your email address (or your parents email address), your country, and your state information. We hope to keep the downtime as short as possible, but please be patient with us during the maintenance!

We will keep you updated to any changes or features discovered!

Remember how we posted the Jubjub Power Bounce game was getting a new look? Although this new look will be released after September 22, the images for it can already be found. The new Jubjub Power Bounce style will be Halloween themed.

We've got a preview of how the game looks and another preview of the pop-up window.

Most likely, one of the unreleased Jubjub Power Bounce prizes, Full Moon, will be one of the Halloween themed prizes the game will give out.
