MiniMME1 has morphed into two rather cute, different Negg creatures. You'll either get stage 2a or 2b for each miniMME you've got. The two stages look quite the same, but their animations are quite different. Within a few hours, the first MiniMME stage and, if you're really lucky, a bonus item, will appear in your inventory. We've updated our MME guide with the new stages and the bonus item.



Also, on the make-over front, in case you haven't noticed yet, Jhudora's Cloud had a make-over a while ago. Need help with Jhudora? Have a look at our Jhudora's Quests guide.

And, more news for everyone who loves playing Petpet Park. This Friday, there'll be another 1 point item sale. Visit Fins, Feathers and Fashion between the usual time of 4-5PM to buy a Pie in the Face mask for only 1 Park Point!

Negg Faerie Quest five is out. Go over to the Quest Booth and find another Plastic Negg for Kari. We've updated our Festival of Neggs guide with this new quest.

Also, the Neggery has gotten a makeover. Go check it out! You will see Kari (the Negg Faerie)'s apprentice who runs the Neggery while Kari is at the Festival of Neggs.

We've updated our Negg Festival guide with another unreleased Festival Negg.  Yes, we were hoping for a new Negg Quest today, too.  But there's always tomorrow!

Two unreleased Caption Contest images have been discovered for upcoming contests #1096 and #1099. As of yet the image for #1098 has not been found.

Neopets also posted on the Facebook page that they are giving out another free item code once they get to 10,000 fans.

There's a new kind of MMEs selling at the NC Mall: MiniMMEs! MiniMMEs morph in the same way as regular MMEs, but instead of having several stages, they'll only morph once. Just like regular MME's however, they've still got a chance to give out a bonus item when morphing.

The first MiniMME is the Bouncing Electric Negg. We've updated our MME guide with this new MME and added something new. From now on, you'll be able to see what customisation zone the MME stages apply to. This makes it easier to see if the MME can be worn by kinds of Pets who can only wear backgrounds and trinkets, like unconverted, mutant and maraquan Pets. We're planning on applying this feature to all the MME stages in the future.

Today's news mentioned a new Loyal User Perk:

We have added another Loyal User perk to the site today that we think you are going to like. See if you can figure out what it is. :)

The perk is that you can now use more user-to-user transfers each month. The older your account is, the more user to user transfers you can use each month. In the table below you can see how many transfers you get each month. You get an extra transfer for each 2 years (24 months) of membership.

1 - 23 months	1 user-to-user transfer
24 - 47 months	2 user-to-user transfers
48 - 71 months	3 user-to-user transfers
72 - 95 months	4 user-to-user transfers
96 - 119 months	5 user-to-user transfers
120 + months	6 user-to-user transfers

To find out how many transfers you have, visit the Pound Transfer page. Then try to transfer one of your pets, after you've filled in the username of the account (you could do your side account or a friends account, you wont actually be transferring). It will tell you something like this:

You are about to transfer petname to accountname. This will cost 1,000 NP and will count as one of your 5 User-to-User Transfers for this month. Please confirm that you wish to do this.

Then you will know how many transfers you have. After this you can just close the page to stop the transfer.

If you are interested in displaying if you have transfers left or not, use our Transfer Buttons!

And another piece of good news, you can now set a PIN to help protect your petpets from removal.  Just visit the PIN Preferences page and make sure you have everything checked that you want PINned.

Kari is now also for sale as a Key Quest Token. You can find the token in the NC Mall for 500 NC.

MME5 has finished morphing. This mean you should receive it's earlier stages in your inventory within several hours. Some people already have gotten them, but if you haven't, don't panic, it might take a while. You might also be lucky and receive as special bonus item, the Mystical Stone Lightning Sword! Our MME guide has of course been updated with the new stages and previews.


Also, the glitch with the Daily Dare NC Challenge Gamers Pack has been fixed. If you collected the Gamers pack to early and were not able to open it, now all the items the Gamers pack contained should be in your inventory. We've updated our Daily Dare page with previews of these items. 

Chomby Day is coming up so here is an unreleased image for the Caption Contest #1094 to mark the celebration. So start cracking on some ideas!

On February 24th we reported that a 'new' version of Kass Basher went up for Premium Beta Testing. There are now three other games up for beta testing as well. These are: Sutek's Tomb, Faerie Bubbles and Web of Vernax. Like Kass Basher, not much has changed about them, except that they are slower.


Also today is discount day at the Hidden Tower for accounts older than 60 months. You will get a 3% discount on all items.

Plus, two unreleased Gwalla petpet colours: blue and pink.

The Festival of Neggs just went live! We will be keeping track of all rewards on our Festival of the Neggs Coverage. You can also find information here on how to solve the quest riddles.


Also keep an eye out on our Neggstravaganza guide, currently it holds some unreleased neocash prizes. We will be adding all prizes to it when they are released. Tickets are currently for sale in the NC Mall, but the first prizes won't be released until March 23rd.

The prizes for the Daily Dare are up already and you can get them by going to the main Daily Dare page. Next to several game themed items, NeoCash is given out as a bonus as well as some neopoints and last year's Daily Dare Site Theme. If you, for example, got Super Uberiffic as trophy, you've been awarded 7 items, 125 NC, 500 NP and the site theme. You can find all the prizes that are being given out on our Daily Dare Coverage.


The prizes for the NC challenge are out too, but here a glitch is going on. If you claim these prizes, you'll be awarded a medal and a superpack, but the superpack can't be opened yet. Just give it some time. We're sure all the glitches will be fixed. All superpack items can be viewed at our Daily Dare coverage.

For the last few weeks, we've given our NC Mall Database a huge update. It's fully up to date again, so we can keep up with all the activities that have been recently, or not so recently, held at the NC Mall. 

Right now, you'll be easily able to see which items are exclusively give out with a (game) ticket, as has recently been done with the Daily Dare and will be done again with the upcoming Neggstravaganza Surprise event. Just in the same way, you can also see which items can be worn by Baby Pets, or which items are only given out with a NC Mall keyquest token.

Our Mystery capsules section has gotten a huge make-over as well. Right now, it's easy to see for you if it's possible to get a certain item from a capsule. Just in the same way, you'll be able to see if a retired item has ever been re-released as special item in a capsule or what item is given out as a bonus item from a capsule.

And because some items (especially handhelds) can look really different on Pets who're standing on all four their legs, we've made an option to show more then one preview image for several of our NC items as well.

The fan page includes some nostalgia from the 'good old days' and also includes sneek peeks of upcoming events. Also they have mentioned that there will be a special prize code revealed somtime during the morning to members only of the fan page.

The Festival of Neggs is coming soon!  Hosted by the Negg Faerie, the Festival is scheduled to begin March 15, 2010.  You will be able to collect a daily gift, do special quests for the Negg Faerie, and participate in other Spring-themed activities. 

We have a few upcoming items in our new Festival of Neggs Guide, but the images are hidden, in case you don't want to spoil the surprise.  The NC Mall Neggstravaganza tickets should be for sale starting March 15 as well.

A new unreleased token has been found, featuring the Negg Faerie. The token should be for sale at the NC Mall later this month.
