Today we learned that a very smart user named tiger_ojou found out the upcoming Daily Dare prizes. We've put them up on our daily dare page for you to see. Future challenges include Dubloon Disaster, Jubble Bubble, Ice Cream Machine and Meepit vs. Feepit so start practicing!
Yes, we are aware neopets changed petpages, they made some crazy preview funtion at the bottom of which you can save the page. Mostly the save button is blocked by the layout of your petpage or by the images, or there are other problems. This isn't something that we can fix, please send neopets a bug report. There's nothing we at SunnyNeo can do, please don't neomail us about these problems.
It seems the glitch is over and you can now claim your prizes again.
There is currently a glitch happening with the Daily Dare when retrieving your Daily Dare prizes. If you try you'll get the following message: "Error: Claiming prizes is temporarily disabled. It will be back up later today".
Today the Plot Stats page was released by neopets. On this page you can see how many points you have earned and what trophy you will be receiving in the future. Here on SunnyNeo we've tried to create an overview of all the different trophies and related points. You can view them on the Plot Trophies page.

A new game has just become available for Neopets Premium members to beta test. The game is called Spacerocked!. it features Sloth and the moon grundos. Below you can read the neopets description and look at some screenshots.
"Sloth is back again in full force! This time, he's sent an entire fleet of spaceships to take over the moon. If Kreludor falls to the evil mad scientist, his victory over all of Neopia may very well follow.
Play as one of the moon Grundos and defend your home and freedom. Fire at Sloth's ships with your pocket slingshot and keep them at bay. If you can prove your skill, the other Grundos will let you take over the bigger slingshot so you can do some major damage to Sloth's fleet. Just remember, Kreludor must be protected at all costs!"

In this game you must fire ammo using a slingshot, you can use the up and down keys to adjust the angle (like in Ultimate Bullseye). The slingshot will change colour from red to green and back. Red means it has low power, green means it has high power. You goal is to shoot as far as possible and to hit Sloth's ship to advance to the next level. In order to do so you can pick up objects on your way to make your ammo travel further. There are also objects that may harm you. You can also use a grundo boost by pressing Z, then a grundo will come and push your ammo further.
There is a new Neohome Neoboard. You are now able to show off your neohome to others through this board.
The Daily Puzzle has been removed from the front page of neopets. They're currently looking for a new location. We'll let you know if a new location has been found.
We've just cooked up yet another calculator for you; a Battledome Training Calculator. You can use it to calculate how many dubloons, codestones or red codestones you will need in order to get your pet to have your desired battle stats. You will also be able to see how long it will take you (days or hours).
On March 17th the game Pick Your Own also gives away the clovers, among which the expensive 12 Leaf Clover.

We've just come up with a great new calculator for you. A Games Ratio Calculator. This calculator will tell you exactly how many points you need to score in a game in order to receive the 1,000 neopoints maximum payout.
A ratio of 0.63 will need you to score 1,588 points in order to get 1,000 neopoints!

We've also found Chapter 15 of the plot *you get to it by clicking on the last image of chapter 14). Some say this is the end of the plot, since this chapter is called the Epilogue, which is the piece of work at the end of a story, to bring it closure. Could the plot really be over?
There is a minor plot update going on. It appears that all purple pets, who formerly had orange spots, are now spotless! This currently only affects the flash images on petlookups, not the images on userlookups or search. In the Neopian Times editorial #217 neopets hinted about this being part of the Sloth plot that was cancelled ages ago but has now been pulled to live (better known as Return of Sloth).
| If I may ask, why is there a need for there to be orange spots on your pet when you paint it purple? There is already a split paint brush which has the colors orange and purple. Ahhh, the Purple question. Without revealing too much, this was originally done in preparation for the Dr. Sloth plot in which Orange and Purple Grundos played quite a large role. Since then, the spots have been added to new Purple pets to remain consistent with the ones that were given spots during that time. There was hope that the plot would be ressurected, at which time the secret behind the Orange spots would be revealed. This may no longer be the case though. We'll check with the powers that be and see where we stand on the whole thing. |
A new glitch has just affected us all. Your neoboard preferences are locked, which does not allow you to change your avatar or font. It will also make you post with a default avatar and font. This doesn't mean your avatars are deleted however, TNT just has to fix it.
If you're wondering why some people can still post with avs and fonts, it's because they own a neoboard pen. This is an NC Mall item which allows you to store an extra avatar and font, and this is the one they are using.
And then there is of course the few lucky people who are not affected by the glitch (most of them are younger accounts under 5 months old).
Please do not neomail us about this glitch anymore.. we know it's there and there's nothing we can do.
Also, some of the dailies like the altador council chamber are glitchy, it appears that a lot of dailes were not properly reset overnight.

Yes, we are still working on our plot guide chapter 11. Right now we are trying to develop formulas for the acid testing, but in order to do so we need your help! We have created a Submit Acid Test Results Page, this page has a form which you can use to submit your test results (successful AND failed tests). If we have enough data we will be able to create working formulas that will always give you successful test results. Helping out is very simple and will take only a few seconds :) Thanks!

New plot steps :o. Head over to Sloth's Space Ship - Token Testing. This is actually all the info we can give you right now. No one here at SN currently has the time to work on the plot steps x_x. Hopefully later we will know more of what is going on and can update. We suggest you head over to the RoS Neoboard to see if anyone has some suggestions as to what to do.
