Games Master Challenge

What is the Games Master Challenge?
Every year in November a Blumaroo named Aristotle A. Avinroo (better known as Aaa) gives out game challenges to Neopians. The first time he has done so was in November 2006. On this page you can see all challenges, prizes and qualifying games. You will also see some tips on how to play the challenges and beat them. Click here to go to Games Master Challenge.

If you want to practice, SunnyNeo's Games Room lists all GMC and Daily Dare scores from previous years. This will give you an idea of which score you'll need to get to beat AAA.

December 2nd - Day 7
Game Challenge
Not Your Garden-Variety Challenge...

Get a score of 790 or more playing Wingoball.

Tips for Wingoball:
  • Practice the game until you learn the levels. Figure out where you need to click in each level in order to get the ball to go across the finish line. Look for "landmarks" in the level (the tip of a blade of grass, the corner of a block, etc.) that you can use to help you remember where to click. Once you've memorised where to click in order to get the ball across the finish line, then you can finish each level on your first shot every time and get a lot of bonus points.
  • The faster you finish a level, the more points you get, so once you know where to put your mouse pointer, shoot quickly. You may also try using different browsers or putting the game on low quality in order to speed it up and help you get a bigger time bonus.
  • Try not to hit the red gnomes, as this will cause your ball to disappear, thus wasting valuable time. Hitting the green gnome will make the ball bounce around.
  • If you get a ball through a level on your first try, you get 25 bonus points. Do this in as many levels as possible.

Taste Is Everything

Send a score of 870 in Attack of the Gummy Dice AND send a score of 170 in Feed Florg AND send a score of 1100 in Meepit Juice Break.

Tips for Attack of the Gummy Dice:
  • The game code explode turns your dice into the bomb dice. One use per game.
  • The game code delightful turns your dice into the morph dice. One use per game.
  • The game code gummydice turns your dice into another colour. One use per game.
  • Clear as many dice as possible in each level, as you lose points at the end of each level based on how many dice you have left.
  • Once you get 2,000+ points for AAA, click quit the game. Do not try to keep playing by going to the next level, as you will lose points if you still have dice left on the playing surface, and that might bring you back under 2,000!
  • For at least the first 7-9 levels, try to destroy the columns from the bottom up.
  • When you get to the later levels, focus on taking out the highest columns of dice first.
  • Have plenty of time to play the game. It takes a long time, and the dice start to appear very fast in the later levels.
  • The game codes really aren't that helpful, especially once the dice start appearing faster. Use them on the easier levels at the end to get rid of as many remaining dice as possible.
Tips for Feed Florg:
  • If this game lags, it will automatically end. Try closing all other windows and stopping unnecessary processes on your computer to attempt to get a lag-free game.

Tips for Meepit Juice Break:
  • The game code meepits gives you an extra life. One use per game.
  • The game code juice-o-matic restores time meters to full. One use per game.
  • You get more points when the juice is the same color as the Meepit.
  • Meepits have a weird sense of colours. To get Pink Juppie juice for the pink Meepit, combine all the three colours (red, blue and yellow).
  • To to put pipes with a fruit in your connection. The red fruit will give you 10 points, the blue one 25.
  • Rotten apples will take of 10 points of your score. Try to avoid those.
  • At the end of a level, when you've only have one Meepit left to feed, connect the pipes of both two Meepits, so you'll be feeding two instead of one. This will give you extra points.
  • On the lower levels, take your time to connect as many pipes as possible, this will give you more points
  • Connecting all pipes at once will give you bonus points. This can be done the easiest on the first level.
  • If you have 2 or more meepits of the same colour, join them together to save time and earn more points.
  • If you are running low on time, join the Meepits together, even if they have different colours!
  • In the higher levels don't be too bothered with getting the colour right, especially for the mixed Meepits. You simply won't have time.
  • Yes you can get the score on Zen Mode, but this will take your hours, it may be faster to practice on normal mode
  • Try connecting the pipes starting from the meepit(s) instead of from the flow.

Tips for Bouncy Supreme:

  • Don't look at the time but focus on jumping from rock to rock. You will have plenty of time to get to the next rock.
  • Use the coins to position the angle of your jump. Your mouse should always be a little below the coins

Game Challenge
A Boulder Plan of Attack...

Attain a score of 1000 or greater playing Destruct-O-Match III post a score of 900 or better playing Pterattack.

Tips for Destruct-O-Match III:
  • Read SunnyNeo's Destruct-O-Match III Game Guide.
  • Play on Classic mode.
  • Restart the first level until you get an Overkill block (the one with the picture of a paint brush.) The Overkill block destroys all of the blocks on the screen that are the same colour as the Overkill block.
  • Always wait to use an Overkill block until you've destroyed as many of the other blocks of its colour as you possibly can. (This is because blocks destroyed by the Overkill block do not add to your score, excepting the blocks that are in the group that is actually touching the Overkill block.)
  • Near the end of each level, when you can't destroy any more blocks, use the Explode block (the one with the picture of the volcano) if you have one. The fewer blocks you have left at the end of the level, the more bonus points you will get.
  • If you get a Timer block (the one with a number counting down) make sure to destroy it first.
  • The more blocks you destroy at one time, the higher your score will be for that group of blocks, so try to make large groups of blocks.
  • Starting at the third level, you can get a Multiplier block (the one with a picture of 3 drumsticks.) Your score for a group of blocks containing the Multiplier block will be tripled, so try to make that group as big as possible.

Tips for Pterattack:
  • The fireball (gained by picking up the red powerups) is the best weapon. Keep collecting red powerups to level up your fireball. Once you have the fireball, don't pick up the other colored powerups or you will lose your fireball. Once you get your fireball to level 4, you can't upgrade your weapon any more, but you can continue to pick up the red powerups for extra points. If you don't get the fireball weapon early in the game, it's best just to restart.
  • Always avoid the blue power ups - they always remain as a single ray, thus making it the least effective powerup.
  • The purple fireball powerup is also effective but not as much as the orange fireball powerup. After collecting 4 in a row they turn into giant boomerangs that can knock out lots of enemies but it can still let some enemies through. This is the second best powerup.
  • If you're going to collect the green fireball powerups, only collect 3 of them. When you collect the 4th green powerup, it turns into a single ray blast much like the blue powerup.
  • Instead of tapping the spacebar everytime you fire, hold the spacebar down.
  • Try to stay in the centre of the screen. Sticking to the sides can be a problem, especially if the red grarrl comes up beside you and blocks you, and you're not able to shoot down the enemies ahead.
  • Shooting the red grarrl is only worth 10 points so there's no need to go out of your way, and potentially lose a life just to shoot him.
  • You will lose a life if you touch the Grarrl, the Pterodactyls, or the walls on the sides of the screen. The Grarrl comes up from the bottom of the screen, and the Pterodactyls come from the top, so try to stay around the middle of the screen. The huts are just part of the background; you don't have to avoid them.
  • The white Pterodactyls that fly across the screen won't hurt you.
  • Once you get a higher level weapon, you can sway back and forth across the screen in order to shoot more enemies.
  • Every few levels, you will regain a life.
  • Don't worry about trying to kill every single enemy; more Pterodactyls will always come, so you're not missing an opportunity if you don't shoot them all.

How Will the World End?
Timed Challenge
Can You Stand The Heat?

Achieve a score of 440 or higher playing Volcano Run II.

Tips for Volcano Run II:
  • Check SunnyNeo's Volcano Run II Game Guide.
  • The game code glubgar gives an extra life. One use per game.
  • Use the keys to speed up and slow down as much as possible. When you see a fireball coming through a cave, slow down until the fireball is as much out of the narrow space as time allows. Then speed up, which makes you smaller, to get by it.
  • The game will spawn strings of bonus gems until you have 450 or more. All you have to do to get more than 450 bonus points is aim to get your bonus count to exactly 440. You may have to dodge some gems to do so. Since the gems appear in sets of three, this will then allow you to get 470 bonus points the next time a set appears! Also, you could be lucky on your last set, and you might get two sets in a row quickly for 500 bonus points, or one of them could be a red gem.
  • It is better to restart the game than go onto using different lives. The game is actually easiest on the first life, as the fireballs don't start appearing in sets of two until you reach a distance of 500. If you can get at least 450 bonus points, you only need a distance of 750. Simply keep restarting the game until you can get the distance and gems on your first try!
  • It may be easiest to first fly 750 metres without collecting the gems, and then collecting all bonus gems. Reason for this is that the game gets harder once you've collected all gems.

A Cut Above

Reach a score of 1300 or greater playing S.M.E.L.T.

Tips for S.M.E.L.T.:
  • Place the outlines of a part with your mouse as quickly as possible. Click the left mouse button to stamp it.
  • You get more points for placing a perfect cut, but it's not necessary. Time is more important.
  • If you can't fit a part on your sheet, hit the SMELT-button to get a new one. It will take about 1 second to load.
  • Use z/x keys to rotate, although I recommend not using those since it takes too much time.

Keep On Bouncing!

Reach a score of 378 or greater playing Kass Basher and a score of 308 or better playing Super Hasee Bounce.

Tips for Kass Basher:
  • The highest wind speed is 9. If you wait for the wind speed to be 9, you can hit the Kass further.
  • Try to hit the Kass when it's near the top of the bat.
  • Hold down the left mouse button or the spacebar as the Kass is rising, then release it when the Kass starts falling.
  • Click the mouse button or spacebar each time the Kass hits the ground to make it bounce and go further.
  • You must play with the bat in order to get AAA's score. If you don't have the bat, you can unlock it by getting good scores with the bread and then the stick. Follow the tips above when using the bread and the stick, and you should be able to unlock the bat.

Tips for Super Hasee Bounce:
  • Instead of trying to aim, focus on where your Hasee is landing, so as not to lose any lives.
  • Collect any bonus point items (doughnutfruits) before you collect all the letters, as this finishes the level.
  • The closer to the edge of the seesaw, the higher the Hasee will bounce. This can be helpful when aiming for specific balloons.
  • Watch out for the wind on the later levels, this could blow the Hasee's off track easily and make it harder for you to control them.
  • You need to make use of the 2x, 3x and 5x powerup bubbles. If your Hasee gets one of them you have a few seconds to also get letters and doughnut fruits which will then double in points (or more depending on the powerup). If you do not make use of these, you will not be able to get 1000 points when you finish level 15.
  • Restart the game until your level 1 starts with at least one or two multiplier powerups.
  • Playing on normal mode is fine, you don't need to play on hard mode.

Shoot For the 'Chutes

Post a score of 408 or more playing Cooty Wars.

Tips for Cooty Wars:
  • Try to shoot the parachute of a Mootix when it as far down as possible on the first few levels. Aim to earn 7-10 points. In the later levels don't wait to shoot the Mootix, they drop so quickly you'll end up missing them
  • Don't bother shooting the bugs flying by that give you bonus points unless you have a good amount of free time. The bugs are hard to hit, and you could miss a Mootix while you are trying to hit one of the little devils.
  • Play on the largest screen size. This will make it easier for you to target the parachutes when they get smaller.

Cooty Rescue
Mystery Challenge
Grappling With Success

Post a score of 47000 or more playing Shenkuu Warrior II.

Tips for Shenkuu Warrior II:
  • Beginners should play on "training" mode, it is far easier to earn points on this mode.
  • In "training" mode, just like the old version, your progress is saved at the beginning of each level.
  • Use your mouse to collect the coins.
  • Collecting all the coins in a pattern (circle or diagonal) will give you a 2x bonus. If you find it hard to collect coins, try swirling your mouse over the pattern as many times as possible and still have time to catch onto the next ramp.
  • In the third level of "training" mode, broken/tattered ramps can be used by clicking on it once, breaking it, and then clicking on it again.
  • In "zen" mode, purple clouds will disappear once you grapple onto them, forcing you to use a balloon ramp
  • Kites and Kazeriu are very useful, especially the latter, however, pay attention as to when they run out.

The Pen is mightier than the sword

Attain a score of 190 or more playing Extreme Herder 2.

Tips for Extreme Herder 2:
  • Learn to change direction fast and put the petpets in the paddock right away.
  • The blue crystal will freeze Balthazar for a short period of time- it's very useful, so pick it up when you can.
  • The red crystal speeds up Samrin, but don't bother with it- it's not very useful and just makes Samrin harder to control.
  • The 2X powerup allows you to carry 2 petpets at a time, which is helpful.
  • Collect the petpets nearest to Balthazar first so that he doesn't eat them. If there are several petpets near Balthazar, carry one a short distance away, use the space bar to drop it, and then go back and collect the other petpets that are near Balthazar.
  • You can't cross the puddle of water, so be careful not to get hung up on it- walk around it.
  • You can use petpets to lure Balthazar around by dropping them in strategic places.

Babaa Stowaway Plushie
Game Challenge
Berry Or Negg: Which Fish Is Finest?

Post a score of 250 or greater playing Meerca Chase II and a score of 400 or better playing Turmac Roll.

Tips for Meerca Chase II:
  • Check out our Meerca Chase 2 Game Guide.
  • superextrahypergravitymode: Unlocks the secret Gravity Level when typed on the main screen.
  • ferociousneggsareontheloose: Unlocks the secret Ferocious Level when typed on the main screen.
  • Play in Gravity Mode. The neggs are all worth the most points in this version, and therefore even if you aren't good at the game, all you need is a bit of luck getting a Power Negg or Fish Negg to get a good score!

Tips for Turmac Roll:
  • Always play on hard mode. This is only slightly more difficult then easy and medium, but will give you three times as much points as playing on easy mode.
  • Keep an eye out for the following berries, since they give lots of points:
    • Fishberry (blue and fish shaped): 75 points on hard mode
    • Jumbleberry (pink): 150 points on hard mode
    • Juicy berry (orange): 225 points on hard mode
    • Unguberry (red and small): 300 points on hard mode
    • Aquaberry (Bleu and shaped like a droplet): 600 points on hard mode
  • When you're on a hill and there's a tree right behind the hill, use to up key to jump at the top of the hill to get safely over the tree.
  • The beginning of the game is always the same. After that, the same obstacles repeat over and over (though not in the same order.) With practice, you can figure out how to clear each of the obstacles, and then the game becomes quite easy.
  • The hardest obstacle to clear is the one where there are three stumps in a row- a big one with a small one on each side. Try jumping right before the first small stump, and then continuing to hold the up arrow key until you've passed all the stumps.
  • If you're not very good at the game, just keep playing until you get an aqua berry (the blue one shaped like a tear drop.) A single aqua berry in hard mode will give you 600 points.
  • Jump on each hill and each tree, as they may be followed by an obstacle. It's better to be safe than sorry.
  • This game takes a lot of tries and a bit of luck, so you might have to take a break after awhile.
  • Make sure you use the right arrow key to speed up; it's especially useful after jumping on obstacles.

The Guests Know Best...

Reach a score of 1000 or more playing Berry Bash.

Tips for Berry Bash:
  • Serve less happy customers first. The moment you move a customer to seating, take their order, having them wait for you to clean mess their counter resets.
  • Only have two berries can grow at the same time, so take two orders at a time.
  • Since berries take a second or two to grow, clean up messes or seat people. While you wait for the berries.
  • Keep constantly moving - no down time keeps the game going

November 28th - Day 3
Game Challenge
Bows and Pharaohs

Reach a score of 25 or greater playing Ultimate Bullseye II and a score of 1500 or better playing Sutek's Tomb.

Tips for Ultimate Bullseye II:
  • Check out our Ultimate Bullseye II Game Guide!
  • The game code catapult gives you a random powerup. One use per game.
  • If you hit the bullseye with your last arrow, you'll get three more shoots. This only happens once, if you hit another bullseye with the last or your three extra shots, you won't get three other extra shoots.
  • Hitting the apple with the Meridell balloon will reward you 50 points.
  • Practice playing without moving the position of your catapult at all. Ideally, all you have to worry about is the speed at which you fire. The only exception to this is if you get a balloon that is higher than what you could hit no matter what your speed is set at.
  • If you get a fair amount of bullseyes, save one inverted target powerup for your last try, as if you get another bullseye on it you will be allowed to keep going.
  • Don't bother using the moving target or growing and shrinking target powerups unless you know what you are doing. If you're not used to them, they are simply a guaranteed miss or low scoring hit.
  • Unless you are uncannily good at shooting bullseyes, always go for the balloons when they appear, even if it means missing the target just to hit them. They are easy to hit, and they are therefore a free five points to your score.

Tips for Sutek's Tomb:
  • The game code pyramibread displays next possible move. Multiple use per game.
  • The game code plzsutekcanihavemoretime gives you 30 seconds extra time. One use per game.
  • Play on hard mode to get more points in a quicker time.
  • Try to get 4 or more tiles in a row; this increases the points you make.
  • There are various special tiles throughout the game which act as bonuses.
    • bomb tile - when this tile drops down three or more spaces it will detonate and it knocks out all the tiles ABOVE the bomb in that column. Handy for sneaky points.
    • golden coin tile - is a wild card. Can be used in any combo.
    • ankh tile - when this tile reaches the bottom of the game screen it will knock out the entire column it is sitting in and the entire row it is sitting in. So it will launch a horizontal and vertical attack - knocking out twice as many!
    • scarab tile - When this tile reaches the bottom of the game screen it will knock out the column it is in.
    • TPOSG tile - a VERY RARE tile. If you happen to see this during the game try your hardest to make it go to the bottom. When it does it will knock out every single tile on the screen and you'll be awarded 500 points. Also your timer will be refilled.
  • With the special tiles, if the game board is reshuffled, the special tiles will disappear
  • If you absolutely feel like you can only play zen mode to obtain this score heed this warning, if the board is reshuffled your score will be reset to 0
  • Try to create your combos at the bottom of the game screen. It makes it easier for tiles to fall from above and gives a greater chance of more combos being made available.
  • Clicking the hourglass pauses the game. While the game is paused you can type in plzsutekcanihavemoretim, and then when you unpause the game, type the final e. This way, you don't have to waste time typing the entire code while the timer is going. The game can only be paused up to 3 times so save those pauses for when you really need them. Also, pausing the game just to give yourself extra time to find combos won't work. The screen will be hidden with an anubis sitting on top.
  • Sometimes there are several possible matches close to each other. If you make the "wrong" match first, then the tiles may be moved in away that ruins your chance of making the other possible matches. Try to make the matches in the "right" order so that you can actually make all the matches without ruining any of them. Also try to make matches that will cause other tiles to fall and automatically make matches for a chain.
  • Try to make vertical matches as opposed to horizontal ones, because they give you a better possibiilty for chains.

Timed Challenge
Beat The Clock!

Post a score of 35000 or more playing Nova Defender.

Tips for Nova Defender:
  • Many people have issues playing the game in the small embedded window. In order to get the game in its own window, use this link.
  • Play on hard mode; you'll never get enough points on the easier modes.
  • Double-click the left mouse button to use your shield when your green status bar is full.
  • Use the arrow keys or the WASD keys to shoot. You can just hold them down; you don't have to tap repeatedly. To shoot diagonally, hold down two directions at once.
  • Collecting several gems in quick succession makes a chain, which is worth extra points. If there's too much time between collecting one gem and the next, the chain will be broken.
  • You cannot make chains while using the shield, so avoid using the shield if you can.
  • For your powerups, choose the 3-way shot first, then the 2-way wide shot and then the cannon shot.
  • You have 3 lives. Near the end of level 3, die on purpose, play the level over again, die on purpose near the end again, then play the level a third time and pass it. This will rack up a lot of points. It will also allow you to go into level 4 with the cannon shot, which you really need for that level.

Four Or More To Score

Post a score of 150 or more playing Faerie Bubbles.

Tips for Faerie Bubbles:
  • Check out our Faerie Bubbles Game Guide!
  • The game code bubbles turns every bubble into the same colour. One use per game.
  • The game code faerieland gives you a rainbow bubble. One use per game.
  • The game code stardust you a nova bubble. One use per game.
  • The game code slumberberry resets rows to the top of the screen. One use per game.
  • Restart until you get mostly fire or water bubbles.
  • Make fire and water combo's (made out of 4 bubbles or more) where possible. Try avoiding any air, earth or dark combo's.
  • Try avoiding any air, earth or dark combo's.
  • If you are needing a really high score, you can use the code bubbles on level 8. If you use the faerieland code to get a matching bubble right after, it will give you 250 bonus points at once (if you get Fire, Water, Light or Air bubbles) and clear a difficult level for you. This works especially if you've got a bad combo of bubbles here (many Air, Green or Dark).

Mopping Up The Competition

Reach a score of 340 or greater playing Mop 'n' Bop.

Tips for Mop 'n' Bop:
  • Be sure to upgrade your mop. You'll get a new upgrade every time you finish a turn on the first four turn. You'll see a new upgrade is available when the mop icon at the top of the game turns orange. Press the SHIFT key to upgrade your mop (this gives you more points for every clean pet). Start with upgrading the mop, than the handle.
  • Keep one finger on the mouse button and only release it when you have to hit a petpet. If you release it too early, the janitor gets angry and you'll loose time and need to recharge again.
  • When facing two petpets close in a row, release your mop right after you've passed the first one, while the second one is still coming. You'll be able to clean them both at once in this way.

Mop and Chop
Mystery Challenge
For The Cup!

Post a score of 260 or more playing Ready to Roll.

Tips for Ready to Roll:
  • Gather the sun tokens for extra points. For every 10 sun tokens you collect, you'll gain an extra life.
  • Relax! This game is all about patience. Make small movements by only moving your mouse a little. Large, unorthodox movements will cause you to lose.
  • Keep playing level 1 until you can get all the sunnies. It's not that difficult, and you can quickly restart if you mess up.
  • Your main objective should be finishing the levels, as you get 150 points for each level you finish.
  • On stage 2-2, try to rotate the board steadily at a medium speed in order to sort of float in the air, right between the spiked walls and the rotating spike ball.
  • After finishing level 2-2, you should have enough points.

A Beaming Success!

Send a score of 184 in Bumble Beams.

Tips for Bumble Beams:
  • The longer you spend on each platform, the harder it is to control the petpet. Do not spend too long waiting on one.
  • Collect all the stars in each level for extra points.
  • Try to get a petpet in every other box, this will make it easier towards the end of each level
  • Tap your left and right keys very softly. If you press them too hard you will lose control.
  • Try to balance your petpets on the edge of the beam until the chart is on the exact spot to make your petpet land in the middle. You will then receive 10 points instead of 5.
  • If you need time to think stay on the top beams longest; once you get to the bottom beam you have no room for error.
  • On the orange beams that appear on level 5+ you can stop your petpet by holding down the key in the opposite direction of where your petpet is going.

Game Challenge
Not Your Garden-Variety Challenge...

Get a score of 771 or more playing Wingoball.

Game Challenge
Always Keep Your Cool

Attain a score of 500 or greater playing Let It Slide and a score of 1500 or better playing Snow Roller.

Tips for Let It Slide:
  • Game code stalactites gives you an extra life. One use per game.

Tips for Snow Roller:
  • The white slushie will give you the "black hole" power up, which draws all items to you, allowing you to collect them automatically without having to aim for them. While you have this power up, you can jump continuously to avoid obstacles, and all items will be sucked into your snowball. This is a great power up, so always try to collect it.
  • When you have a choice of paths, try choosing the longer ones, so that you have a longer time to collect items for more points.
  • Collecting items makes your snowball bigger, and hitting obstacles will make your snowball smaller. If your snowball gets too small, your game is over. At the end of each level section, you get a bonus based on how large your snowball is. So try to avoid hitting obstacles in order to keep your snowball as large as possible. It's easiest to avoid obstacles by using the space bar to jump over them, but you can also steer your snowball back and forth with the arrow keys.
  • Pay close attention; some of the obstacles are white and can blend into the background.

Strike The Right Note

Achieve a score of 44 or higher playing Rink Runner.

Tips for Rink Runner:
  • Try to get at least one note with every jump. If you use more than 30 moves per level the judges will deduct points.
  • Longer jumps increase the likelihood of catching several notes at once.
  • You can jump over the water puddles, but do not land in them or the game will end.
  • Do not worry about the 'sharps' and 'flats'. Don't try to collect them, but you don't have to avoid them either, they will not influence your score.

Ready, Aim... Snowball!

Reach a score of 350 or greater playing Snowball Fight.

Tips for Snowball Fight:
  • The game code snowghettiandmeatball gives you 10 extra snowballs. One use per game.
  • There is no time limit to this game, so relax! Try to never get under 3 big snowballs. If you're running out, aim only for Dieter the Polarchuck until you're packed with snowballs again.
  • Only aim for Dieter if there isn't a faerie close by. Be careful, or you might end up losing snowballs rather than gaining them!
  • Track the wind direction by watching how the snowflakes fall. If the wind is blowing to the left, you're going to want to aim more to the right for a straight shot.
  • Try to hit the neopets in the middle of their face. This will give you 10 points instead of 5.
  • Go for the Meepit whenever it appears, it gives you 10 points for hitting it, or 20 points if you can get it right in the face.
  • Don't use the game code unless you're at a stage where you have to or you will die. Aiming for Dieter is better, the game code should function as your backup option

Tips for Korbats Lab:

  • The game code destroy gives you many multi-balls. One use per game.

Game Challenge

Mine Control

Achieve a score of 110 or higher playing Petpet Rescue.

Tips for Petpet Rescue:
  • Collect the gems before getting the last petpet for each level.
  • Don't worry too much about the timer, it's better to be careful and wait for a good opening between the rocks.

Don't Get Docked...

Send a score of 445 or more better Stowaway Sting.

Tips for Stowaway Sting:
  • The game code scrap restores your health to full.
  • Play using Internet Explorer browser if you have it. The timer goes faster using some other browsers like Mozilla Firefox.
  • Collect all four swagbags of Neopoints on level one before finishing the level. Don't worry about the time. In level 2, also collect all five swagbags of Neopoints before finishing.
  • Play the game with patience and practice a good strategy for beating each level. Since each level is the same aside from where the bad guys and swagbags appear, you'll get better with practice!
  • The only way to die in this game is by purposefully ramming yourself into an enemy. If an enemy is getting close, simply turn around and fly away from it.

Hurry Through The Haunted Woods!

Reach a score of 310 or greater playing Edna's Shadow and a score of 400 or better playing Bruno's Backwoods Breakaway.

Tips for Edna's Shadow:
  • The game code edmoretime gives you 25 seconds extra time. One use per game.
  • Kill all the baddies in each level. They are worth more points individually then the items.
  • When the rocks with glowing cracks on them begin to appear simply zap them, and there might be a 5 point apple core underneath.

Tips for Bruno's Backwoods Breakaway:
  • The game code lookoutbruno gives you an extra life. One use per game.

Shooting Star Background

Mystery Challenge
Celestial Spheres

Post a score of 1800 or more playing Spinacles.

Tips for Spinacles:
  • Stay on the lower levels as long as possible to rack up points. The level will end if you clear all the spheres, so avoid doing this. Just keep building up spheres and making more points instead of beating the level.
  • The bomb and the item that looks like a dreamcatcher may end your level too quickly. To avoid this, shoot them horizontally; this will cause them to bounce back and forth for a while until they disappear.
  • If you make several matches in a row, the score you get for each cleared sphere will multiply. For your first match, all cleared spheres are worth one point each; for your second match in a row, each sphere is worth two points; for your third in a row, each sphere gives you three points; and so on. So try to make several matches in a row to gain points more quickly.
  • On the top of the screen, towards the right, there's a meter showing several grayed-out balls. Every time you shoot a sphere without making a match, one of the balls is taken away. When you reach zero balls, more spheres will fly in from the sides of the screen. If your spheres build up so much that they reach the edge of the screen, your game will be over, so be aware of this and make sure not to lose.
  • If your spheres are getting dangerously close to the edge, you can use the bomb or the dreamcatcher-like item to clear several spheres at a time. The bomb clears less spheres than the dreamcatcher. Make sure to shoot the bomb towards the area where the spheres are getting close to the edge.
  • The rainbow sphere will change to the same color as whatever sphere it touches.
  • Your shooter shows the next two spheres that are coming up. Hit the space bar to switch the spheres if the second sphere is better for your purposes than the first one.

Sword of Elements
November 27th - Day 2
Game Challenge
Hack Away!

Reach a score of 683 or greater playing Top Chop.

Tips for Top Chop:
  • Hit the space bar in order to make the moving black line stop in the green area, preferably directly in the middle over the white line. If you stop it directly over the white line, you'll get bonus points. If you stop it directly over the white line a few times in a row, you'll get a power up.
  • In the first three levels, the black line will move progressively faster with each level. If you seem to be too slow for the faster levels, hit the space bar a little before you think you have to.
  • In the next four levels, the black line will move erratically, speeding up and then slowing down, and sometimes stopping completely. Try to wait until the line is moving slower before you try to hit it. Just be careful not to wait too long- there is a time limit.
  • During the rest of the levels, the green area and the black line both move; however, you should be able to get AAA's score without beating any of these levels. If you want to try to beat the levels, it's best to try to stop the line when both it and the green area are near the top or the bottom of the meter.
  • Sometimes a Moffit will jump across your board. You can't hit your board during this time. However, you won't be penalised in any way if you attempt to hit the board while the Moffit is jumping across it, so you really don't have to bother worrying about this.
  • If you're lucky enough to get a power up, save it for the tougher levels; you can choose when to use it by clicking on it.

Additional Challenge Help

For each challenge there are certain requirements that you must meet to beat the challenge, as you can see in the table further up the page. Although challenges are given out daily, you may complete them at any time before the challenge's deadline, which this year is December 2nd. For each challenge you complete you are eligible to receive a prize. Once you complete a challenge the little gray gift box will turn into a red or blue gift box, depending on your team. Then you must click on it, a pop up will open and tell you the prize you have been awarded.

The challenges revolve around a group of selected qualifying games. Each year the list of games changes and is expanded. The odd number of games is due to the addition of several sponsor games. For some challenges, people from the USA will play a sponsor game whereas non-USA people will have a different, non-sponsor game.

This year there are 5 types of challenges.

Help Questions and Answers

TNT has decided to make Games Master Challenge a little different this year. Below you can read the updated help questions and answers:

1. Do I have to complete the bonus challenges in order to qualify for the highest trophy tier?
