Petpetpet Snare

Snaring Petpetpets? Sounds like fun! Here you will have to snare more petpetpets then the other players in order to win. You are playing on the same board at the same time as the other players so work quickly!

You are to collect a certain petpetpet at a certain time, and you can see which petpetpet to snare at the top of the mini game screen. When you have a petpetpet snared, it will disappear. You can also snare more than one petpetpet in the same loop! This nets you additional points, so try to snag multiple petpetpets if your computer is fast enough.

Tips and Strategies

As mentioned before, try to snag more than one petpetpet in a single loop. This gets you more points, as you can see below.

Petpetpets Captured Points Awarded
1 5 Points
2 12 Points
3 19 Points
4 26 Points
5 34 Points

... And so on. Each additional petpetpet in a loop grants 7 extra points.

Tips and Strategies
Make sure you're trying to capture the correct petpetpet. The petpetpet you're going for will be pictured at the top of the screen. If you try to snag the wrong one, it won't capture the petpetpet, and you won't get any points. This also leaves time for your opponent to get a few loops in.

Remember that when you successfully snare at least one petpetpet and the game says, "Perfect Loop," it erases any loops your opponents were drawing. So if you're quick enough, you can effectively shut down your opponents, preventing them from getting any points at all.

Don't try to draw a perfect circle or square when capturing petpetpets. Convoluted zig-zaggy shapes work just as well, and they're a LOT easier to draw. They're also easier to capture more than one petpetpet in.
