If you see someone who has stolen our content or any sort of thing, then please neomail sweety_tj. Can I join your guild? [Back to Top]
The SunnyNeo guild isn't really a guild, it is more like a place where we just get together to talk about what is going on at the site, and a place where we can get away and chat with our friends. Being a member of the guild involves helping out with the site in various ways, like editing, making pages for us to add and other such things. You do not get credit for the things you would contribute, so when someone makes a page it doesn't say made by so and so, it is a joint effort to make things and we share all the work. Being in the guild also does not mean that you are staff on the site, it takes some work and dedication before you get listed as staff or helping. If you are really interested in joining the guild then neomail anuarisa and she will review your inquiry.

Thanks, but we do NOT take submissions. Yes we understand that sometimes it might take us a few days to make a font... that does not mean we want you to neomail one to us. When we have time and inspiration to make the font then we will make it then and add it :)

Thanks for wanting to help out, however we are trying to make our own guides for everything, yes this will take time, but that is our ultimate goal and do not want guides submitted. We realize we already have a few guides that are not ours listed, but that is because of when we moved the MindlessInvalid info over, we kept some of the guides that were listed there. Eventually we hope to replace these with our own as well.
I have a clickable avvy pet, can you link to it? [Back to Top]
We have a Pet Submission Form on which you can submit pets that are suitable for clickable avatars. However, not all pets that are submitted through this form will be added. We will only list three pets for each avatar. If one of the pets we link to no longer works (because they repainted it, took off the petpet, got frozen etc.), then we will need a new pet to link to and we will get one from the pets people have submitted through the submission form. There are exceptions to this rule; for example on pets that need 0 hp like Grumpy Bori's and Mutant Tonu's we will list more than three.
How do you center your font? [Back to Top]
Since we get asked this a lot, we figured we could add it to the FAQ page. You can center your font by putting it in-between some center tags which look like this:
[center]neoHTML[/center]
If you want both your neoHTML and siggy centered, you can put the start center tag at the beginning of your neoHTML and then the ending center tag at the end of your siggy.
How do I make those little boxes/blogs/textareas? [Back to Top]
We have made a HTML Tutorial that explains how you can make textareas (thats what the boxes with coding in them are called). If you want to make a textarea on a petpage the coding is mainly the same but you will need to change the word textarea to text_area for reasons only TNT knows.
Notice: Just because you *can* find the URL to any picture, and link directly to it, doesn't mean you *should*. The reason we can do it with avatar pictures is because there is a copyright notice at the bottom of the page; however, most websites DO NOT CONDONE HOT LINKING. People pay money to host images, and every time you use the 'hot link' (as described above) you are basically taking money from them. Instead of doing this, you should save the pic onto your computer and move it to your own image host. Can you make me a button/banner/shield/lookup/other? [Back to Top]
We love getting suggestions from users about what kind of images they would like us to make. However, there are two important points to address here. Please note that they are only suggestions, we will not make everything that is suggested, we only pick the ones we think are good ideas. The second point is that the graphics we make are NOT customised. This means that everything we make is for the website and for all users to use, we do not make things for one person in particular. If you want to make a graphic suggestion, you can use our Graphics Request Form.
Are you a premium member, if so can I get a referral? [Back to Top]
jocinto, furball892 or the_stripy_socks are premium members, however do not ask for a referral unless you are very serious about actually using it. Each premium member only receives 20 referrals and she does not want to waste them on people who don't plan on keeping it past the 15 day free trial. If you are serious about wanting to keep premium afterwards and need a referral then yes you may ask jocinto, furball892 or the_stripy_socks for one by neomailing one of them.

In the computer world a cookie is a little text file that is stored in your computer and contains certain information. When you visit a site and choose some settings (like the language in the Neopets site) that setting is stored in the cookie. Next time you visit the site, it will read the cookie and remember your settings. If for example on your first visit to Neopets you set your language on Spanish, it was stored in a cookie. Next time you visit Neopets, the site will automatically be in Spanish, because the cookie remembered this information for you. Cookies itself are not scary, they just hold information. A cookie is a simple piece of text. It is not a program, or a plug-in. It cannot be used as a virus, and it cannot access your hard drive.
