On Neopets' 10th Birthday there was a 10th Birthday Celebration page on Neopets. At this page you could open a special birthday gift. Opening this gift would award you this avatar and a Celebrating Neopets 10th Birthday Background. This avatar is no longer available.

This avatar came with a code given out at the San Diego ComicCon 2019.

The code can be redeemed at the Grundo Warehouse.
