NC Challenge
Starting Altador Cup IV, TNT began to hold NC Challenges. They are similar to previous game-based NC Challenges, you need to buy a ticket at the NC Mall. With this ticket you could compete in various challenges during the Altador Cup. When successfully completed all the challenges and you received an exclusive bonus Neocash item prize.
Altador Cup XIV
The Altador Cup XIV's NC event is called Forgotten Relics of Altador.
"Altador has a long and illustrious history. The land that stands for justice and safety was built by commoners who worked really hard to achieve this. The elders of Altador have gathered to recount tales from ancient times. Stories of what the land of Schrommos was like before King Altador found it. When King Altador arrived there, Schrommos was being ruled by terrible monsters that had wreaked complete havoc around. This event is slightly different from previous years. This year, the event only has one theme and you can buy one large pass that will cover the whole event, or you can buy smaller passes to only redeem one or seven items of your choice.

In addition to this, you can redeem items more than once. It's possible to get up to 5 copies of one item in this way. You are also allowed to do this event on side accounts.
Also, there will be bonus items. For redeeming you 8th, 17th and 28th unique prizes you will be a special bonus item. This means if you redeem each separate prize for the whole event, you will end with three bonus items. You will only get these prizes when you redeem 8, 17, and 28 unique prizes. So if you spend your 28 pack on mutliples of one prize, but not on all 28, you will miss out on the final bonus.

You can purchase the Forgotten Relics of Altador 28 Program Pack in the NC Mall. Once you purchase it, you can use the Forgotten Relics of Altador 28 Program Pack and activate it.
Once it has been activated, you'll get access to the first Forgotten Relics of Altador area:

To get your daily prize, simply visit the Forgotten Relics of Altador area. If there is a new item available, which will be the case every day, it will show up with a question mark. Click on the question mark to claim your prize.
At the moment, we do not know yet how exactly bonus prizes are redeemed.

1.What is the Forgotten Relics of Altador?
Visit a historic site in Altador, where the city’s elders have gathered to tell stories and hand out prizes to all who spend some time with them. There is a string of events lined up for the days to come, so come back daily to see what’s happening. To access the event, you must purchase a Program Card and activate it from either your inventory or on the main hub page. Then come back to the page each day, beginning June 11th to claim your prizes.
2.Where do I purchase the Forgotten Relics of Altador Event Program Card?
Passes for the event will be available at the NC Mall starting June 11th, 2019
3.How long will the Forgotten Relics of Altador event run?
Program Cards for the event will go live on 11th of June and will be available in the NC mall till 8th of July 23:59 . You can purchase your Program Cards until 8th of July and claim your prizes on already purchased Program Cards anytime you visit the hub page.
4.How do I activate my Program Card?
You can activate your Program Card from your inventory by clicking "Activate Program Card" from the drop-down menu. If your Program Card is in your inventory, you can also activate it from the main hub page by clicking on the item you want.
5.When can I start collecting prizes?
Starting June 11th you can visit the main hub to collect your prizes each day. You will be able to claim one prize per day. If you missed collecting on any day you can always return to the main hub and claim those prizes.
6.Is there a time limit for accepting my daily prize?
No, there is no time limit for claiming your daily prizes.
7.Can I get multiple copies of the same item?
Yes, once an item is unlocked on a certain day you will be able to collect multiple copies of the same item, unlike in other NC events, provided you have activated Program Cards available. You will require a Program Card for each time you buy the item. Once you have bought the cards, activate them from your inventory or head to the main hub and click on the item you want.
8.Will I need another card to get a copy of an item prize I have already claimed?
Yes, you will need an activated Program Card for every time you want to buy an item, even if it’s a copy.
9.Is there a bonus prize for participating in the Forgotten Relics of Altador Event?
Yes. You can get up to 3 bonus items. They will be awarded for claiming your 8th, 17th and 28th unique prizes. You cannot get the bonus prize by buying multiples of the same items.
10.Can I participate in the Forgotten Relics of Altador event on side accounts?
Yes! You can participate in the Forgotten Relics of Altador NC event on your side accounts.
11.How many copies of an item can I buy?
You can buy up to 5 copies of an item.
