NC Challenge
Starting Altador Cup IV, TNT began to hold NC Challenges. They are similar to previous game-based NC Challenges, you need to buy a ticket at the NC Mall. With this ticket you could compete in various challenges during the Altador Cup. When successfully completed all the challenges and you received an exclusive bonus Neocash item prize.
Altador Cup XI
The Altador Cup XI's NC event is Insider Experience. Take a break from the AC games and attend four different events. And you can pick up a souvenir along the way too!
The event is pretty much the same as the NC events from previous years. There are four Insiders Passes that will give you access to each event: Garden Reception, Stadium Tour, Colosseum Club and Closing Gala.
For this NC event, there will be four Insiders Passes available. Insiders Passes cost 700NC each and can be bought at the NC Mall (or you could trade for one or be gifted one).
The first Insiders Pass - the Insiders Garden Reception Pass - was released on June 1st and is for sale through July 1st. The others will be released later on.
Participating
You can purchase the Insiders Passes on the Insider Experience page. Once you purchase it, you can use the Insiders Pass and activate it.
Click "Activate Insider's Pass"
Once it has been activated, you'll get access to the first Insider Experience area: The Garden Reception.
The Insiders Garden Reception Pass will give you access to The Garden Reception, but you cannot use it to gain access to any of the other area's. For those you will need another Insiders Pass.
Since you won't be earning any neopoints for this event, you can play it on side accounts as well.
Daily prizes
To get your daily prize, visit the area for which you have an unlocked Insiders Pass. If there is a new item available, which will be the case every day, it will show up with a question mark. Click on the question mark to claim your prize.

Can I activate multiple passes for same location?
No. You will only be able to activate and collect prizes once for each location once per account.
Can I participate in the Insider Experience on my side accounts?
Yes, you can participate in this event on your side accounts.
How do I activate my pass?
There are two ways to activate your event pass:
1. Visit your inventory. Once in your inventory, click on your Insiders Experience Event Pass and select, “Activate Pass”.
2. If you purchased your Insiders Experience Event Pass from the Insiders Experience page you can activate it right after purchase. Once you see the confirmation page simply click the “Use Insider Pass” button and confirm the use of your pass.
How do I purchase an Insider Experience Event Pass?
Each week a new pass will be on sale in the NC Mall Altador Cup Shop. You can purchase a pass there or on the Insider Experience page.
How long will the Insider Experience last?
The first Insider Experience Event Pass, getting you into the first exclusive event, will go on sale June 1st. A new event pass will become available each Wednesday. You can purchase and activate your passes until July 1st. You may claim your prizes on already activated passes anytime you visit that event.
Is there a bonus item for participating in Insider Experience?
No, there isn’t a bonus item prize for participating in this event.
Is there a time limit for accepting my daily Insider Experience prizes?
There isn’t really a time limit for collecting your daily prizes but the sooner the better so you can enjoy them! If you activated an event pass, you will be able to return to the page to claim your prize as long as the Insider Experience page is still accessible.
What is the Insider Experience and how does it work?
This year you can enjoy the Altador Cup among the most elite group of Neopians around by attending special exclusive events being hosted during the Cup! A new Insiders Experience Event Pass is available every Wednesday starting on June 1st. Once you have your pass, be sure to activate it to get on the guest list and pick up all-new NC prizes!
When can I start collecting my Altador Insider prizes?
Prizes for each Insider event can be collected starting each Wednesday. You will be able to claim one prize per day. If you missed collecting any days you can always return to the event area and claim those prizes.
Why isn’t the event pass I want available in the NC Mall?
Check back at the NC Mall each Wednesday for a new Insider Experience Event Pass. Already released passes will remain for sale until the end of the event.
